Nice hotel, good price

Pros: garden, pool, proximity to Nile, Breakfast next to the Nile, friendly staff, choice of restaurants in-house, free airport pick-up

Outstanding & Memorable Stay

Pros: Everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, modern, and hygiene, with comfortable beds. The location is unbeatable. Hotel staff were attentive, friendly. Breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious, fresh options. We will definitely be back.

Very brief but good

Pros: What you would expect from such a chain. Good selection of restaurants and bars, pool, shops etc. do try the Egyptian pizza equivalent - feteer meshaltel, in their riverside little bar down past the Pool. Excellent! Great watching the river activity from there and view of Vally of Kings lit up, Happy hour 6-7 but check what beers /drinks are available under deal.

Cons: Bit of a way from the main promenade - which we wanted to walk to for the Luxor Museum etc… did not want to take a cab or carriage I guess it’s over 20 minute walk up and down and around pavements, no pavement etc. a bit hazardous. The door safety catch on bedroom nearly walked into ! It’s at eye level for some!

Great courtyard and location by the Nile, rooms a little bit run down

Pros: Comfortable bed, large room. Very beautiful courtyard right beside the Nile. Great breakfast.

Cons: The rooms are a little bit run down and could do with some renovations.

Great location, very good breakfast, lacking in appearance and cleanliness inside rooms

Pros: Great location right beside the Nile. It is a big complex with different restaurants (though I would recommend let your tour guides organize lunch outside the property - better food for less money), shops inside the hotel, very good breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Cons: Cleanliness and appearance is an issue. This is not a cheep hotel and would expect for the rooms to be less worn down and no fingerprints all over the mirror.

Great base to explore Luxor and surroundings

Pros: Great location in Luxor with views to the mountains across the Nile from many of the rooms and from the pool. Good onsite restaurants and helpful staff. Also has a useful desk to arrange excursions to the nearby sites, although probably not the cheapest you can find.

Cons: The children's pool was pretty small and it seemed to be frowned upon to actually have kids playing around it

Pros: the hotel is very good for a stay in Luxor.Big hotel with good facilities,nice view on the Nile,clean and big rooms which are comfortable.Breakfast is good with lots of selection,good restaurants inside the hotel,I personaly liked the Lebanese a lot.Hotel staff is always smiling and ready to assist you at any time.We booked a tour to the Valley of the kings with Nascotours which operates inside the hotel,the lady Marina who works there organised perfectly for us and we really enjoeyed it.WIFI is working perfectly inside the hotel in all areas.Its a very good choice to stay in Luxor.

Cons: A little bit expensive.Rooms are not well soundproofed and especially after 7 in the morning you can hear a lot of noise coming from the hall and the other rooms.Although personnel was very helpful,the staff working on the outside veranda during breakfast were every morning need more training for simple thing,such as cleaning the tables when peopla are sitting,bringing knifes and forks,they were giving the imporession of being bored and not giving attention to anything,even a small fight between them wich does not represent the great effort and performance of the rest of the personel.

Blissful stay. Happily return.

A warm welcome and an unexpected upgrade to a gorgeous suite. All the staff were amazing and very friendly.
