Amazing hotel, great stuff

Pros: Nice balcony viewing directly to the see. The hotel offers many programs visiting the beautiful places around Hurghada such as VIP Motor Safari, scuba diving, snorkelling in the Red See to watch the breathtaking corals and fishes, visiting island beaches, Luxor or Cairo. There is taxi service in the hotel including airport shuttle or visiting Hurghada, Cairo, Luxor. The driver Hassan is really a nice and correct guy. The receptionists are very kind, offering solutions to every request. The hotel is clean. There is a coral reef at the beach of the hotel so you can enjoy the view of a huge variety of fishes. The food is tasty and you can find a nice selection of salads, meats and side didhes. There are shops inside the hotel with nice souvenirs to buy and kind stuff. In sum, I totally recommend this hotel, it is worth the money you are paying.

Good value for money, Super helpful staff.

Pros: The front office staff are super friendly, cooperative and welcoming. they upgraded the room to a sea view room with a panorama balcony with a wonderful view on the red sea, where you can enjoy sitting or standing at the balcony or even laying in bed.

Cons: The maintenance condition of many facilities can be improved. The beach isn't well preserved and the coral is dead, not the best spot if you are interested in snorkelling, beach has lots of stones and using beach shoes is necessary. The food was below average when it comes to quality and can be bland sometimes.

The staff were polite and attentive. I very much enjoyed myself and will definetly go again.

Pros: The staff were a delight like busy bees serving the resients well and keeping the place tidy and comfortable. Meal time was a happy time. Food was excellent and I was very well looked after. I could also see the other guests were all happy.

Cons: Nothing really that I didn't like. If I am pressed to say something, I would like the managment to re-think keeping animals in cages.

Pros: Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The staff is really welcoming, special thanks to the receptionist Helal and FO manager! We arrived at night and they gave us early check in, but the room was old, the next morning we asked to change our room and they changed it for us in one minute to an excellent room with an amazing sea view! The beach was also good and the food was delicious! The only thing I would improve is the quality of alcohol and coffee, but you should understand how much you paid. There is a suggestion that you can buy better quality alcohol on the territory. Yes the hotel is a bit old but they keep it clean! This is the best offer in Hurghada for this value!!!
