Neighbourhood looks rough but it’s really friendly. Close to train station and river

Affordable stay near central aswan

Pros: Convenient location in walking distance to the train station. Good for 1-2 nights stay in Aswan for those in a rush. Very affordable and for the price you get a decent room, there was working WIFI (first floor) and even daily room service.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit lackluster and especially the bathroom was a bit dated

Pros: 10minutes on foot to aswan railwaystation. The hotel provide tour to abusimbel temple at good price.

Cons: 6 minutes on foot to the main street to get a taxi or careem car. The price of the room begins from price A on the booking app to price B of a confirmation letter then to price C at the reception desk. Although it's not expensive why don't tell directly the final price ?

Helpful and kind stuff, nice location and I had everything I asked for.

Pros: I needed to go to Abu Simbel early morning and the breakfast box they gave me was really enough, they had everything I needed. Also, hotel staff was very kind and when I asked for their help, they always accepted and kindly helped me. The location of the hotel was also good, I felt safe and it was easy to wander around the city.

Cons: I just didn't see a kettle inside the room. Maybe there was but I didn't recognize. If there was a kettle in the room, it would be better. I also stayed there only 1 night so I also didn't ask them honestly but it was just a preferance. The hotel already helped me with all my questions immediately.

Pros: Εξαιρετική επιλογή για οικονομική διαμονή στο Ασσουαν ! Το προσωπικό ήταν υπέροχο και τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα ! Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε γειτονιά ντόπιων , εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου !
