Hapi Hotel

Pros: This hotel for the price you pay is super worth it. We loved specially the perianal staff members working especially the recepcionist Hamsa as well as her team who helped us in everything we needed when asked without hesitating at all. The bedroom was so far the best one we have had in Egypt as the bathroom and bedroom is spacious clean and very modern. Even though from the outside it may seme it's not a good hotel when you go in is definitely worth for few nights. They came to clean and order our room everyday and the fruit water and kettle in our bedroom was also a plus!! Congrats for your work!!

Cons: The breakfast maybe you could offer some kind of hummus or Tahinn to enjoy better your bread cheese and everything else. But anyway it was very complete and correct. Maybe keep on working in the maintainacee of the cleaning of the floor and some small details but still I'm happy with my stay. We idoesnot work well only in the hall but that's okay once you know it you know how to deal with it.

Pros: Centrally located. Close to the souk. Good value and great staff.

Cons: Noise from the main road

Pros: The breakfast was interesting, tasty, sufficient, efficiently served. Very pleasing in a top floor room with a fab view of the Nile.

Cons: No glasses in the room

Pros: Location is in the center of the town. Very clean! Nice view to the Nile. good value.

Cons: For some people the area may be too loud. I was OK with that.

Pros: We enjoyed a lot the attitude of both Hamsa and Marwa, receptionists at the hotel, they give a lot of help and energy to every guest

Pros: Expensive compared to Aswan properties but everything else is very good. Location is perfect, room service is affordable

Pros: Hotel staff is nice, especially receptionists are very kind. I couldn’t call to the tour office with my phone. She called instead of me. The room is simple but clean . The big market is located near the hotel

Cons: The temperature of the shower is unstable. It was very difficult to keep good temperature.

Pros: The breakfast room has a lovely view over the Nile.

Cons: It was difficult to read in bed at night as the lighting a bit strange

Pros: The room was great. Very clean, compact en-suite. Had a kettle, tea & coffee and a plate of fruit which was a lovely touch. The young man on reception was excellent. Very polite and helpful. I requested a hairdryer and one was delivered to my room within minutes!!

Cons: The breakfast could have been better. I was expecting a continental breakfast but it was quite basic.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this hotel. It offered a truly exceptional experience and is fantastic value for money. Five stars all around! I will definitely be staying here again
