Good

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff members. Nice location. The hotel arranged the car for us to visit Abu Simbel, I would expect a vehicle in better condition but the driver was very helpful and nice.

Cons: It would be better to improve the breakfast options.

Pros: Great location on the Nile, easy to get our cruise. Comfortable & good restaurant. Staff excellent, Martina & other receptionist helped sort out our cruise, wonderful service.

Good hospitality and nice view of Nile.

Pros: Nice Nile View and I even got free upgrade to Junior Suite that come with wonderful view of Nile. For next morning, they packed the breakfast for us because my abusimbel trip started very early morning. There is Mc donald nereby in a walk distance.

A great choice for a hotel in Aswan

Pros: The staff were very helpful and kind, particularly Mahmoud. We went on a daytrip to Abu Simbel and the staff kindly provided us with a packed breakfast which was very generous - sweet pastries and savoury sandwiches along with fruit and yoghurt, a salad, and a carton of juice. We got a room upgrade which gave us a lot of extra space. The views over the Nile were amazing. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could need.

Cons: The hotel is a bit dated and could do with freshening up.

Fantastic stay and a beautiful gesture from Management!

Pros: Booked last minute due to having to leave the hotel we were supposed to be staying at as it was truly awful, booked the CityMax explaining what had happened and not only was their communication fantastic but due to having had a horrible experience at the last hotel they kindly upgraded us to the Executive Suite free of charge! What a lovely gesture that was. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable beds, AC and the view was the best you could have in Aswan! Looking right over the Nile, just perfect! If you book here you will not be disappointed, it's a guaranteed great stay and we were so grateful after such a bad experience at the previous place! Thankyou CityMax!
