Great staff

Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful which was our favourite part. We got a free room upgrade which made the stay very enjoyable. Good value for money and Location was convenient too so I would definitely recommend the Tolip for Aswan.

Lovely stay in Tolip Hotel Aswan

Pros: Fantastic view on the River Nile, not to crowded, in the evening, sitting next to the river and enjoy a great view. Room was spacious and clean. AC works, bed comfortable, all good !! Customer relations staff very helpful and super friendly. Thanks for everything 🙏 !!!

Cons: Wi-Fi coverage in the back yard not that strong, tool usage only until sunset possible.

We had a most relaxing and enjoyable time at the Tolip.

Pros: Our room was a Nile view room. It was lovely with a door out onto the garden leading to the Nile. Perfect. Spacious. Comfortable

A relaxing and enjoyable stay, was sorry to leave.

Pros: Staff were very helpful. The General Manager Mohamed Ragab, was very attentive and hands on, ensuring all guests had a pleasant experience and enjoyed their time at the property. Our suite was large and comfortable, with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a living room. The pool area was very enjoyable, with a waiter service and looked out onto the many feluccas and boats sailing past on the Nile. The Main restaurant was half indoors and half on the terrace, providing wonderful views overlooking the Nile. The entertainment facilities were an added bonus and we enjoyed many games of bowling with our children. The guest’s Experience Manager Monica, catered to our every need and ensured that we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel have their own private motor boat, which is a positive addition and Monica organised a private tour to tourist sites on the Nile, tailored to our interests. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you are staying in Aswan.

Cons: Furnishings were a little outdated, but other than this, I could not fault this hotel.
