Good for the price

Pros: Spacious and clean modern rooms if you need a night or 2 stopover. Central location next to souk and Nile. Friendly staff. Great rooftop views. Mona at reception was exceptionally helpful.

Cons: Shower had no door/curtain so floods when used. Fridge in room didn’t work. A standard 1 size fits all Breakfast was served which was quite small and no alternate/extra options offered if not to your preference.

Pros: I really like the location, type of room for 4 people, and the helpful breakfast for going to Abu Simbel in the early morning

Pros: the manager or staff is pretty professional He asked us the plan of tomorrow, and prepared 2 boxes of breakfast for us while they knew me had to wake up early.

Pros: In Aswan, it’s best to keep your expectations realistic unless you choose a very expensive 5-star hotel or a very cheap apartment or hotel, which often comes with low quality. This hotel sits perfectly in between: it offers high-quality rooms, a central location, and a reasonable price. The rooms are new, clean, and well-maintained, including the bathroom. Compared to many apartments and hotels in the city, which can be very crowded and noisy, this hotel is relatively quiet. One of its biggest advantages is the location. It is very close to the central train station, which is ideal if you plan to travel by train or need to order a taxi. The central market is within walking distance, making it easy to buy local food. If you want to take the ferry to the Nubian Village, the ferry point is also reachable on foot. The internet is free and works well.

Cons: The price is slightly high compared to the average rates and the quality of the room. If the price were lower, I would give it a 10 out of 10. I did not like the shower, as there is no door or proper separation, which causes water to flood the entire bathroom. In addition, the bathroom is quite small.
