Quiet location in Aswan with perfect sunset views

Pros: Location was lovely and quiet. Staff and owner very helpful. Boat collection/drop off service was wonderful. Enjoyed the roof terrace where we could watch the sunset

Pros: It is located in a very authentic place, on a little island with farms. The rooms are very clean and equipped with everything needed ( towels, bedsheets, shampoo, soap)

Cons: Breakfast was good but not always sufficient for our group ( we were 6)

Pros: Our guide mohmmad was amazing he helped us in so many ways.

Cons: We were expecting few more people but instead just two of us were there for 2 days.

Pros: Definitely recommend to stay on the island and particularly on the eastern side. It's much quieter. Staff was so nice and picked us up at the KFC meeting point with the boat and gave us a lift to the railway station pier when we left. The felucca ride with Muhammad was incredibly nice although we didn't have wind. It allowed us to learn more around the Nubian culture. The island and its people were definitely a highlight of the trip. The room was really spacious, the bathroom was clean, the Place was quite and safe. Good dinner (extra) too (fish tagine). Breakfast was one of the best in Egypt. We did the tour to Abu Simbel and It was priced ok and they gave us breakfast to go! Always communicate with staff in case you need the ferry to go to mainland between 00am and 6am!

Cons: No vegetarian option for dinner but you can do take away from other places on the other side of the island

Exceptional stay in a Nubian guesthouse with a very kind team. t

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Samara and were warmly welcomed by the team. Lovely breakfast in a relaxing environment. We really enjoyed our visit in this beautiful accommodation, and would highly recommend anyone to stay here during their stay in Aswan. Very kind people who looked after us well giving us great advice and tips during our visit.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect.

Pros: Very good communication; anticipated welcoming, high adaptability and help. Food is correct. Decoration is great, Cleanliness is perfect.

Cons: Shower and bathroom very small but functional.

Pros: Elephantine island is a great place to stay, much more quiet than Aswan and with a beautiful landscape. The staff of Samara was exceptional, helpful and warm

Pros: Our stay at the hotel on Elephantine Island in Aswan was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed delicious meals throughout our stay and felt completely safe at all times. One of the highlights was the unique experience of reaching the hotel by boat, crossing the Nile – such a special touch that added to the charm of our trip. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aswan!

Great place to stay

Pros: Very friendly and hospitable staff! Made it feel like home very quickly. The breakfast was big, enough to keep me full for the day. They even gave me a packed lunch when I went on my morning tour. WiFi was really strong and available everywhere. Room was really clean and had everything I needed, like shampoo soap, hairdryer, towels, water, kettle, coffee etc.

Cons: It was a little bit difficult to find, maybe they can put it on Google Maps or have a sign in the alleyways

Pros: All of stuff were so kindness. Clean and Comfortable. free ferry boat for check in and check out.

Cons: Nothing, everything's good.
