Pros: The staff is amazing, Hamadon provided a excellent service, room very clean, and comfortable, best view of the Nile in Aswan. I recommend it to Everyone.

Pros: I had a perfect stay at the Bakar Nubian Guest House. It has a very authentic Nubian feeling and is located on Elephantine Island, which is very peaceful and quiet. The ferry to the other side of the Nile is just a few meters away. Muhammad and his family are incredibly warm, polite, and welcoming. They personally helped with everything, answered all my questions, and organized amazing trips. You can feel that they do everything possible to make sure their guests feel at home. Also the breakfast was delicious and the view from the guest house is absolutely stunning. I will come back for sure 😊

The elephantine island is amazing and very relaxing, far from the city chaos. The balcony view in the morning is amazing

Pros: It has a beautiful balcony and is right at the ferry exit. The hosts are friendly.

Cons: The downside is they request a marriage certificate but isn’t specified in their house policy. Make sure to read the “Important information” section as they only allow couples in the same room if you are married, so it can be a bit of hustle for you if you don’t have the document in hand.

Pros: Just next to the ferry on Elephantine Island, on the roof top. The room is above the home of a lovely family, who helped me with anything I needed.
