Perfect location to explore Assuan and the Nubian culture!

Pros: Warm and welcoming hosts who did everything to make our time on Elephantine Island truly memorable. We loved starting our days with Nubian breakfast on the sunny rooftop.

Pros: Very nice stay in a typically nubian house. Clean, comfy, good value for money and nice tours. You can breathe peace in the island. Everyone was very kind with us, specially Mahmud.

Quiet Guest House

Pros: Small runned guesthouse by a very kind family. Clean room. Beautiful and peaceful rooftop. Delicious home made breakfast (espacially the falafels!).

Cons: Nothing! Rural area with narrow dirtroads (for us not a problem, but maybe for other people)

Pros: Nubian guest house was the best hotel we had during our trip in Egypt ! The room was really confortable. We loved the breakfast on the terrace. The people working there were really welcoming and arranged a felucca tour for us with a really great captain !

Pros: Everything! The room is clean and comfortable, as well as the bathroom! The guesthouse also has a very pretty rooftop and the staff is super kind and always available to help.
