Pros: The island is one of a kind, another welcoming face of Egypt. The family taking care of the Queen’s house take good care with their additional services. Picking you up from the airport & arranging day trips for very reasonable prices.

Beautiful place and helpful owner

Pros: The owner - Talaat- is helpful and knowledgeable. He booked various trips for us and all were great and good value. The location is fantastic. It has beautiful views and is in a peaceful and quiet place. Breakfast was good. It was good value. I really recommend staying on Elephantine island and choosing Queen House.

Lovely stay

Pros: The location is amazing, with a great view on the Nile. On the beautiful island of elephantine. And Talaat is the nicest man ever, he knows so much about Aswan and its beautiful history.

Pros: Perfect location with excellent view on the Nile, free transportation to the island and back, excellent host who helped us to organize excursions. Nice breakfast of this family business. Very clean room

Cons: Small bathroom without shower cabin which had the result of having a wet bathroom all the time

Pros: The location right on the Nile is fantastic. It's excellent value for money, and Mr. Talaat made our stay very comfortable, handling all our transport to and from Aswan via boat transfer. The breakfast was also wonderful. Mr. Talaat's hospitality is truly incomparable! I will definitely come here again

Authentic nubian experience

Pros: An authentic nubian experience. Local family operated. Amazing outlook. Your nile cruise without leaving land. Only 4 rooms so very quiet. Delicious egyptian breakfast. Great tips on things to do. Tours can be arranged along with airport transfer at a very good rate. Dont miss the opportunity for some excellent hospitality.
