Pros: It is a brand new building, very spacious, washing maschine is working good. Location is good and quiet at night.

Cons: Wifi could be better.

Pros: It is a new house, a few months old. The owner is young and very helpful, he even offered to show us around the village. The house is very close to the public ferry and the private boat taxis to the east bank of Luxor

A beautiful little villa, perfect for people seeking tranquillity and privacy....a real home!

Pros: Villa Kayan is new, clean and comfortable. The location is great, on a quiet side street next to a banana plantation, but it's only a 2 minute walk to the Nile riverside where you can find shops, cafes and restaurants. It has everything you need to feel at home, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine. The owner, Islam, is a great guy. He's kind, helpful and speaks decent english. I will be coming back next time I'm in Luxor.

Pros: L’hote est très sympathique, il nous aide et nous guide au maximum dans nos recherches, la maison est agréable aussi et bien située proche des commerces restaurants et du bord du nil !

Pros: 给大家一个参考，还是很不错的，房间很大，很新，有一很漂亮的花园。但是入住期间没有人打扫，而且位置比较偏，适合有车自驾的朋友，离热气球很近，只有十多分钟的路程，如果你是自驾游的话，非常推荐，因为性价比很高！

Pros: villakayan位于卢克索西岸，去往帝王谷以及体验热气球非常方便，酒店设施非常新，设施完备硬件也很完善。房东人非常好，帮我以划算的价格预定了第二天热气球的首飞。同时也帮我换取了一些埃磅，因为银行排队时间太长了。整体而言这是非常完美的入住体验

Cons: 别墅门口的路不太平整，我们三个人拖着行李箱走比较费力。

Pros: This a a large 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a two storey building. The construction and furniture is new. The bed is comfortable. It is close to restaurants and transportation. The location is excellent. The owner is very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of construction in the area but that did not bother us. There is no noise at night or the evening. There are mosquitoes in the area. We got mosquito spray for sitting in the garden.

Cons: The property is clean. Professional cleaning after each guest stay would enhance the value of the property.

Pros: Groot appartement in the West Bank. Makkelijk varen met een felucca naar de overkant, waar het levendiger is. De locatie zelf is dichtbij meerdere restaurantjes. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en makkelijk te bereiken. Helpt je waar nodig. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Pros: Просторное помещение, приятный внешний вид за свою цену

Cons: Отсутсвие обогрева на кондиционере

Rez-de-jardin moderne et calme

Pros: Quartier en construction mais très au calme. Islam, le propriétaire, est très arrangeant. Il nous a fourni des couvertures car nous avions un peu froid. Logement neuf et spacieux.

Cons: Wifi capricieuse.
