Temple House Luxor

Clean and excellent host.

Pros: Clean, big room house and host is Very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Location is just a short walk from Nile river.

Your own apartment with a superb owner who is honest and caring

Pros: Our own 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the west bank! Tons of space, a kitchen, living room etc. We had the ground floor so we had a patio and we had access to the amazing shared rooftop patio with a view of the Nile! The washing machine was great. The owner Ali is superb! He is so attentive and responsive and caring. He organized a transfer for us to and from the airport at good prices. The West bank is great: much quieter than Luxor with some great family-run businesses to support. The neighbourhood is safe to walk around and the water taxis to Luxor are just down the street. The apartment was fantastic value for money and the rooftop was amazing. See pics.

Cons: The kitchen was sparsely equipped, bare essentials, but there was a kettle and toaster and fridge so we were OK.

Luxor is a great city. I love this city

Perfect west bank apartment

Pros: Quiet location, close to ferry + easy access to sites on West Bank. Ali+Joe are wonderful hosts and NOTHING is too much trouble. Internet fast, water pressure in shower very strong and terrace is amazing with sun all day. Many small shops around for basics. Highly recommend.

Cons: Leaving !

Pros: The house owner was really nice. Helped us a lot. For sure we will choose this house if we visit Luxor again.

Home away from home, wonderful stay at Temple house

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Temple house. Ali and Joe were just amazing, helping with everything, being there if I needed it, and providing services for great reasonable prices. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed during my stay. It truly felt like home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

A well-equipped, comfortable apartment with great value and a very helpful host.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every appliance and utensil you could need — very convenient for travellers who like to cook their own meals. Everything was well organised and made our stay in Luxor very comfortable. Ali, the owner, was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us great sightseeing advice and helped us arrange excursions to the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, and nearby sites, all of which went perfectly and at a very good price. The value for money of the apartment itself is particularly impressive — it offers excellent comfort and facilities for the price.

Cons: Some basic cleaning supplies were missing, such as dish soap and a sponge, and the dishes were not clean when we arrived, so we had to wash them before using them. Providing these items would make an otherwise excellent stay even better.

Pros: Love the property, super clean and spacious. The roof top view is amazing, we can see the Luxor temple and the Nile. Host was very helpful in arranging a felluca ride for us. Good service, highly recommended for family. Good neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
