Beautiful villa in excelelnt location for visiting Valley of the Kings

Pros: We spent 3 nights at Luxor Rose Villa (family of 4 adults) in the last week of November. The villa felt so spacious with lots of different areas for relaxing in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals. We ate out two nights in a row at Thebes Restaurant (a great local restaurant overlooking the Nile) which was only a 5 minute walk from the villa. We loved the garden and pool area at the villa which was lovely to relax in after a days siteseeing. We all slept really well in very comfortable beds. Momo comunicated extremely well the entire time of our stay and organised for us transfers from airport to villa and return, a sunset boat trip and also a driver for the day to visit Valley of the Kings and neighbouring sites. All trips were very reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay at Luxor Rose Villa and would definitely reccommend staying here.

A lovely, lovely place to stay

Pros: The villa was an oasis of calm. A large, clean, cool space to return to with a pool and lovely green garden. We stayed for 6 days and absolutely loved it. From the air conditioned living room you can enjoy the green space outside while others enjoy the pool. The villa is clean, it is large, it is well positioned. I would argue that the pictures don't do it justice. I would return to this villa today if I could.

Quiet idyl on the West Bank of the Nile

Pros: Everything. The pool. The setting . Very well set up.

Cons: Some of the tiles to the steps in the pool were a bit slippery and had sharp edges .

Our private villa

Pros: Everything was exactly how the photos represented. Momo took really good care of us arranged airport pickup and dropoff and let us check in at 9 am I would highly recommend this property.especially for the pool as the 40 degree heat means only a few hours in. The morning, the temperature is comfortable. Momo organized all the transport and falucca boat with flexibility on time. It was all made easy with no drama and high quality vehicles. If you are a good t haggling then you could save a little money by organizing everything yourself but in my opinion it is not worth the hassle.

Cons: There were only two rolls of toilet paper but no dramas as the store was a 1-minute walk away.

Awesome villa

Pros: Amazing villa on the west coast of Nile. Spacious, clean with all amenities. The place provides calmness and perfect relaxation, if you are a family or a big group this is a must stay. The caretaker is helpful guy. Had a memorable stay.

Cons: Nothing as such.

Just wonderful

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful house, airco, pool, everything well equipped and great host with the best personal service one could wish for.

Pros: This fantastic villa is constructed with good quality materials, 2 separate sleeping rooms each with own bathroom, large sitting room/kitchen with windows overlooking the garden with flowers and swimming pool. By far the best place on our tour through Egypt. And the host, Mohamed, was so friendly and helpful and took us on felucca and MC tours. We enjoyed everything.

Pros: THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN LUXOR!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!! Here, you can enjoy the private house, private garden, private pool, even a private cute cat. The holder is really nice and helpful, he will tell you the best market and restaurant with the lowest prices you never met before. You can ask him for help at any time if you have any problems here. I really enjoy this quiet place here, hope you do too.

The best villa

Pros: Everything was perfect. So comfortable with everything you need. We mentioned that we needed a driver for valley of the kings the next day and it was arranged within minutes. The location - a few minutes walk from restaurants, ATMs , boats , taxis and mini market ( with reasonable prices NOT 'tourist ' prices.) And as an extra bonus we had a daily visit from Mimi the cat and her friends 😀

Cons: Nothing to dislike. The wifi was rather sporadic, but that seems to be the same all over Egypt.
