Villa Victoria Old Nile View

All of the minor issues on arrival and through our stay were fixed very quickly. Even when there was a power outage.

Pros: The location is perfect. Originally on the small Nile, but this are has now been reclaimed and a lot of construction has taken place since we were last here 12 months ago. The property was presented very clean, with some visible upgrades to the bedding, the towels and the Sun Loungers. All very much appreciated.

Cons: There was still some construction in progress, so could get a bit noisy on the days we stayed in the villa, and previous beautiful views of the sunset have now been blocked by the new buildings.

Quiet spot, great location, many amenities

Pros: The villa was exceptional, in a nice quiet location on the West Bank but close enough to restaurants and shops on the waterfront. Communication was easy and any issues we had was solved swiftly, property was clean and big bonus for having your own private pool 10/10

Perfect, private, excellent facilities, excellent value for money. Perfect host.

Pros: Everything. The villa was very clean, well furnished, spacious and in the perfect location, close to all local amenities, restaurants, river taxis, yet private.

Cons: Property is perfect for our needs. The host was able to answer our questions, was very helpful throughout our 3 week stay.

Pros: -great villa,we were 2 people there but it can handle 4 in a great comfort -nice,polite and helpful villa’s owner who can help you

Cons: -ants in the bathroom -there wasn’t wi-fi in the villa

Pros: Fantastic location, nice pool, comfy living area, nice beds,a great villa all in all, but the finer touches could be made to make it wonderful experience when staying there 😀

Cons: Not what I didn't like, but the kitchen area, enough cutlery, glasses, etc for the number of guests. Kettle was quite dangerous so we used the pan to boil water, one of the sun loungers was broken.

Hidden gem in luxor!

Pros: Situated on the west bank (valley of the kings) side. 5 min walk on the left along nile from ferry port. Very quiet area. Lots of small shops and eatout area's along the nile if hungry. Villa comes with private pool, 2 bedrooms, shower and bath and large living/dining/kitchen area. Gardener comes every few days early to clean pool and outside for you. I have been coming to Egypt for many years and this is the best yet. Honestly can't wait to come back.

Cons: Honestly, nothing!

Pros: Ubicado en una zona tranquila. Cerca de minimercados, restaurantes, barcos para pasar al otro lado, frutería, pastelería, pan...

Parfait et reposant

Pros: Emplacement légèrement à l'écart, mais on y trouve un calme bien reposant loin du tumulte touristique. Piscine privée plus que bienvenue avec la chaleur de début mai. Super propre, et bien équipé. Accueil au top!

Muy recomendable

Pros: Ubicada en vecindario muy tranquilo. La casa es amplia, cuenta con mobiliario funcional moderno y cómodo. Perfectamente limpia. Disponer de piscina la convierte en un alojamiento ideal para vacacionar. Hay personal disponible para cualquier necesidad tan pronto lo solicitas. También ofrecen servicio de Transfer desde el aeropuerto, lo cual facilita la llegada.

Cons: Nada que mencionar. La estancia se desarrollo sin incidencias. El propietario es diligente ante cualquier necesidad.

Güzel ve modern dizayn edilmiş bir ev. İlgili ev sahibi. Fakat iyi niyetli olup olmadığı tartışılır.

Pros: O alanın tamamının bize ait olması harikaydı. Gerçekten çok özel ve huzurlu hissettirdi. Ev sahibi ilk gün yaşadığımız tatsız bir olay için bizimle çok güzel ilgilendi.

Cons: Çok kirliydi ve yeteri kadar temizlenmemişti. Koltuk minderlerinin altından çöp şiş kaşık tarzı şeyler çıktı. Konumsal olarak şehir merkezine giden botlara yürüyerek 10 dakika. Ev sahibi yaptığı iyilik karşılığında bizden para istedi. Bize iyilik yapmış gibi gösterdi ama bunu para karşılığında yaptığını bilmiyorduk.
