Great vacation
Pros: We had a great time, great location, really good food and all in all a great vacation. Special thanks goes out to the staff, we had a small issue with our room and Hani from the management team handled it very promptly and professionally.
Cons: Nothing really comes to mind. The resort is a little far out, it’s just something that is important to consider.

Great family hotel
Pros: The fact that there are so many pools is very convenient as it never felt crowded and we never had to fight to get a lounge chairs. Also the kid area is very good so all the people with kids are there and there is so much for the kids to play with. I also liked the fact that there were breaks during the day regarding noise and activities. Also very practical is that there is a doctor onsite which made us feel safe in case our children would have any issue.
Cons: My only point was the miscommunication about when we would get our room upon arrival. Instead of telling us that there was a chance to get the room earlier than the normal time given we arrived early in the morning, i would have preferred to be told that it was not possible so i would have not waited at reception with two little kids going crazy but instead would have taken them to the pool etc.

Clean, safe, pleasant
Pros: I only booked for one night but ended up staying for three nights. Amr at the reception was great and helped us rebook and made late check outs and next same day bookings comfortable for everyone. Ai Food was much better than anywhere else along the coast I visited with a bbq almost every night. The guys in the Bedouin tent also a highlight for me. Thank you will be back soon 😎

Pros: The hotel cleanliness The facility size very big and convenient The staff very friendly And the food variety very good
Cons: The check out process I went to finish and they told me everything is ok you can go and nice having you . But when my bus was about to come and I need to go to the entrance they told me we can't find a towel and they wanted to search our bags this was very rude and bad behavior

A perfect stay for a recharging holiday
Pros: Attentive & kindness staff, available for any needs; Restaurant, Lobby, Terrasse services + pool bar; Small but active animation inside the resort; Beach area, with volleyball court + bocce & bazar shops
Cons: Lot of mosquito flies, very annoying especially when sunbathing; No hot water when doing shower on the evening; Noticed broken tiles on room + entrance room door often doesn't close properly Aquapark

Pros: The property looks amazing, gardens and pools are super well maintained. Very large selection of food that changes everyday. The shore and sea is astonishing, right on the coral reef.
Cons: A red flag should be used to signal that you do not want to be bothered while on the beach / near pools

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was exceptional, especially from (Mr. Amr Badran ) at the reception. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His warm attitude truly made a difference and added great value to our stay. The restaurant staff were also outstanding—very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meals. A special thanks as well to the lifeguard, who was always alert, helpful, and made us feel safe at the pool and beach. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable.

Good value for money, nice snorkeling reef
Pros: Big resort just at the beach with a nice reef for snorkeling just in front of the hotel. The rooms are very big and clean with good facilities, WiFi works well, and staff is very friendly and supportive. There are 3 separate pool areas, either with entertainment or also a quiet adult only pool. Food selection is very wide and changing every day. And Abu Dabbab bay is just around the corner with plenty of turtles, so it's worth to do a snorkeling tour there (it's usually 30-40€ per person).
Cons: The reef is closed on windy days, therefore we were just able to snorkel or swim in the sea on 3 out of 7 days during our stay. There's also plenty of staff trying to sell additional services or tours - everything we tried was good and worth the money, but you're getting asked a lot.
