Concorde Moreen Beach Resort

Pros: Delicious food and very friendly staff, managers are always there to help you, service and bar staff working hard, but always smiling and speaking so many languages. We definitely coming back next year

Great stay

Pros: Since our arrival, when we met Mr Saad, everything was great. With his kindness he made our holidays memorable, helping and supporting us in every need. As booking.com customers we received a very appreciated upgrade to a fantastic suite perfectly located and with a fantastic seaview. The clean beach is quite enjoyable both for wind protection and white sand that allows the bath. Over the pier is possible to have nice snorkeling sessions. A special remarks to the gym trainer/physiotherapist and SPA representative, very enjoyable. Gym well furnished and good spa. Very good food with a comprehensive variety at the main restaurant for every slot. Many thanks to Hassan, Bahaa and Aladdin at the restaurant and to the barbecue's chef Mahmood. Really thank you!

Cons: Italian restaurant definitely improvable. Seafood dinner also need some more attention. A bit too pushy the team from beauty salon.

Pros: We got a suite for nothing. Or maybe they took pity on us because the airline changed our flight and lost our luggage.

Pros: Very good resort for a week's stay, clean, comfortable, properly manned, nice. Beach is acceptable and reef around the property good (front water is shallow and rocky, but there is a walk-pier for reaching deeper water). Food is ok, without exceptional peaks. Staff kind and helpful.

Cons: I would improve entertainment. People in the job there, were good and put effort in the shows, but they were few of them. Sunday show good.

Pros: The hotel is very quiet and it is good to spend time there. Good territory, great beach both with riffs and sand so you can swim at any weather. Great stuff, great view, clean room. We enjoyed tasty food at Italian restaurant. We booked this hotel last year and selected the same one this year.

Pros: Saad, our check in manager, was very helpful, both when we arrived and in sorting out a booking at the Italian restaurant. We enjoyed being able to snorkel from the beach and jetty there, though it was rather windy. We also enjoyed the large, well maintained grounds. All the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Cons: Too many Russians.
