Pros: We stayed at Casa Cook El Gouna in El Gouna, and it truly is a fantastic place that breathes tranquility. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing from the moment you arrive. The room was wonderful — although we honestly didn’t spend that much time there since we were diving most days — but everything was absolutely in perfect order. Clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The food and drinks by the pool are excellent, and the breakfast offers something for everyone. The quality and variety are impressive and make for a perfect start to the day. And then the people who work there! Abdul and Gallal (apologies if I’m misspelling their names) at the reception made sure everything went perfectly throughout our stay. No question was ever too much for them, and we could always rely on correct information delivered with a smile. From the very first moment until the last, they were incredibly helpful and professional. A big thank you for the fantastic stay — we truly appreciated it!

Cons: The only small disappointment was that the hammam was out of order during our stay, so we weren’t able to enjoy it. Additionally, we had thought that the larger hammam was included as part of the hotel facilities, but it turned out to require an extra fee. We may have overlooked this information ourselves, but it was still a bit of a disappointing discovery.

This stay brought back my whole energy and I’m so thankful for it!

Pros: The whole hotel is really aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Besides that, the extras like slippers, toothbrush, etc are all in paper bag - love it. I get a very environmentally friendly vibe from this hotel. The restaurant had great options, including vegan options, which was great for me. The breakfast had a huge variety and tasted amazing. And the staff were so friendly, very attentive & caring! I’m very thankful for everything they did for me! And in the end I received a tour of the whole hotel area from Galal. I would definitely come back.

Cons: There was nothing to complain about honestly.
