Very good hotel

Pros: We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Everything is clean and well maintained. Staff was very kind and food was delicious.

Cons: I was surprised that tennis and billiard ar at extra charge, but cost was reasonable.

When I come back to hurghada I will only be staying here!!!!!

Pros: The property is amazing. Hospitality is the best, there was a WhatsApp chat with someone who always replied to anything almost instantly, the room service was great, Hussein Ali was the best housekeeper and always had a smile. Overall staff is amazing there.

Cons: We had an issue with the heater not working in our room however they changed our room and even gave a better one :)

Pros: A great experience with excellent service! The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable the entire time. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back :-)

Pros: January 2006 My wife Sylviane and I stayed 13 nights at the Hilton Plaza Hurghada. It was a most pleasant and relaxing stay. We had chalet 909, located on the ground floor, facing the garden and the sea. It was very quiet, with perfectly manicured lawns and flowerbeds. Our room was kept impeccably clean, serviced daily, with thoughtful touches from Afiti Mahmoud, whose kindness and competence we greatly appreciated. In fact, all the garden and beach maintenance staff, with their friendly greetings and kind words every time we met, pleasantly surprised us. In short, an unforgettable stay. A special mention goes to the Turkish restaurant opposite our chalet and the sea: the atmosphere and food were outstanding.

Amazing

Pros: To be honest l am not a kind od person that like resorts/all inclusive hotels so this was my first time for something like that and l can just say wow! The people that work here are so nice and friendly looking after you all the time and taking care of you! The food was something special and very tasty! The hotel even extended my check out time free of charge! Highly recommended!

Worth every penny!

Pros: It was almost perfect! I must commend the staff there. I was in a cast and they let me use their wheelchair throughout our stay. At breakfast, staff offered to help carry my plate of food whenever they see me walking with my walking stick. Breakfast was amazing as there was a huge variety. The hotel itself is pristine. We were in the deluxe king room and the view was breathtaking. The location is also great as there were plenty of shops outside the hotel.

Cons: We requested an ash tray and it took two phone calls before they sent one. The drainage system in both shower areas needs to be fixed as it was clogged when we were there.
