A friendly and comfortable hotel with a nice private beach.

Pros: First and foremost, all the staff without exception, are delightful, friendly and cheerful. This is the most important thing. The buffet service food and inclusive drinks are a good standard and the Chinese a la carte restaurant is exceptionally good. The pool area and especially the beach area is beautifully laid out, and the shop is well stocked. Our room and terrace are a good size and the shower works extremely well. The general manager is a very nice man and spoke to us several times during our short stay. I'm sure he is one important reason why the staff appear very happy and therefore offer very good service. The lovely gentleman on reception very cheerfully and patiently helped us with our onward flight boarding passes when my internet connection wasn't working well. All in all a very nice place to spend some time in Hurghada.

Cons: The only slight negative is the decor and finishes in some parts of the hotel could perhaps do with some upgrade, though this would not stop us staying again.

A relaxing, hassle free resort.

Pros: Overall cleanliness, availability of a wide range of food and drink throughout the day. Special mention to Hamada for frequently checking that I had everything needed in my room.

Cons: Outrageous pricing in the onsite mini supermarket: 100 Egyptian pounds for a packet of small cigarette papers!

I would recommend the hotel for the location as was near to get around via Uber! The staff are wonderful.

Pros: The staff was absolutely amazing, the hotel was clean.

Cons: The food! We went all inclusive by the 2nd day we had to go out for lunch and dinner. There was no variety at all. Nothing for children.

Luxury hotel with wonderful staff!

Pros: The property was well located central to all shops. We as a family went all inclusive and the food was lovely, buffet style with plenty of choice ! The staff were so hospitable and made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again .

Pros: Staff of restaurant they were racist towards Indian or brown people, they think we came into for free, alway ask us about tag ( all inclusive) and see us in way that we as thief. 3 day's they treated like asking questions, for white skin ( european and Americans ) for them they where EGYPTIAN God,no question where asked. And we where above to check out 6 hour's before, we been to have a cup coffee just 20 mins before breakfast opened up ,but the staff where treating us like as dogs

Great vacation

Pros: All hotel staff are very attentive and friendly. The main restaurant, Karim and Hassan, were always friendly with us, caring for our children, and knowing what their favorite drink was. The entertainment team was exemplary and they have great kids programs. My kids really enjoyed with the entertainment team .The hotel has 2 beaches. There is a very safe beach for children and another beach for adults, and both beaches are very beautiful .

Cons: It is very unfortunate that the chef who works on the grill never smiles at Egyptians people and does not like them. He was always violent with us and friendly with other nationalities.

Pros: Very attentive personal, especially Mohamed Elkady. All problems and needs have been resolved immediately.

Pros: I just want to say though I traveled alot but really this one the best place I have stayed and i want to say thanks for the receptionist Ibrahim he sooo helpful and in my opinion he is one the best I have seen he is very professional and I want to give him ********** 10 stars The house keepers also the are very polit Restaurants staff also are very nice I really recommend if you looking for a quite place for your vacation
