Amazing stay in Hurgada

Pros: Everything is very good, team is amazing Reda in restaurant and Ahmed in the swimming pool , Mahmoud In reception,and the bartender did amazing cocktails,very nice location and the food is very very good .

Cons: All was good

Pros: The hotel service, staff, amenities, beaches, bars and meals were excellent. The receptionist, Tarek, was extremely helpful throughout our stay and was always available whenever we needed assistance.

Cons: The only downside is that there is no free internet in the rooms. If you want to use it, you have to go to the lobby where it is free, or pay for access in the room.

Pros: Access to several beaches, swimming pools, and restaurants - value for money

Cons: The distance between it and the beach requires a shuttle bus

Pros: Good price. Large complex. Lots of things for kids

Pros: Its our frist time in hrg,l would really recommend this hotel great value for money.we are family with teenage kids,the service apartment is large, they have 3 hotels for few days explore water parks and sunny beach. Super friendly staff and helpful.

Cons: The room sometime is noisy with the equipment outside.

Pros: All staff was very polite and helpful! The hotel was clean and our hotel room was cleaned well everyday and the cleaner Eslam was very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Nice hotel ..clean , helpful staff and delicious food . .. special thanks for Mr. Hamdy and Mahmoud Arafat at reception desk and Mr. Mahmoud gamea housekeeping manager .

Pros: Mr Mahmoud Arafat was the best the check-in process went easy thx to him and Mr Hossam Mohammed and I want to specially Mr Mahmoud Gamee from the HK department for everything he did it was really good accomodation
