Comfortable relaxed hotel

Pros: This is such a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful with a personal touch. Special mention goes to Mostasfa and Mamood. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. The food is quite good and very varried. The beach area is peaceful. The entertainment is fun and interactive. The room was nice. The bar had a TV and nice sociable seating area. I was solo and this hotel suited me perfectly. Highly recommend for a warm welcome and great hospitality.

Cons: The hotel is a little far from the centre but it can arrange a cab to get there.

Great location, amazing helpful staff, would stay again

Pros: Helpful staff, Mostafa at reception was great, helped me with getting the right room after some initial issues at check in. Abdula helped with my bags and the hotel manager made it all happen smoothly. I arrived late and they even kept a plate of food for me for dinner so I could have something to eat when I arrived. Good food and plenty of options at the buffet. I did alot of excursions so they gave me the flexibility to choose foods from breakfast and take with me or store in my room fridge for when I returned as I would have missed lunch times and could then eat at my leisure. Great facilities and entertainment.

Cons: Initial issues with check in, room Aircon/heating did not work.

Pros: Wake up to stunning Red Sea views 🌊 Relax on private beach 🏖️ Enjoy delicious buffets & à-la-carte dining - especially the breakfast was very good - freshly made falafel (the best!), donuts, pancakes 🍽️ 📍 Just minutes from Hurghada city center & airport. Very friendly personel! The perfect getaway!

Pros: I am very happy with my week at the Magic Beach Hotel in Hurghada: the food was fantastic, and the room was very nice. But there is always room for improvement. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was not free and cost 15 euros per week. The perfume dealer in the so-called shopping zone was very pushy.

Pros: The food a very good standard, good selection for everyone, no queues restaurant staff, friendly and helpful. The reception staff are really helpful and and polite. The hotel has a very friendly and calm atmosphere and it wasn't noisey. The animations and entertainment where very good, after 10.30 everything is quiet. The bar staff are very polite. The beach is clean, I would advise beach foot wear, which you can buy at the shop in the hotel. The sea isn't deep but good enough to swim and safe for children and non swimmers. The rooms are cleaned every day to a good standard and if you need anything just ask any of the staff.

Cons: Nothing, for me everything was good.

Great place for a holiday!

Pros: Was far better than I expected for the price. Food was great and plentiful, yet some other reviews complained about it?! Beds comfortable with all facilities that one needs. Great entertainment every night.

A little bit of Magic

Pros: The staff were friendly,thanks to Abdo,Ibrahim,Mustapha and Ahmed.When going on a trip and missing breakfast hotel packed a breakfast to bring .There is entertainment and they do encourage people to take part.

Cons: The water is not deep on the beach ,however it is very safe. Not a negative for me but may be for some.
