Good value for money

Pros: The hotel is very good. The food, the beach and all the facilities are amazing.

Cons: We thought we would be free from vendors harassing us, but the spa and diving staff kept constantly approaching guests on the beach chairs to offer their services. One of the entertainment team employees behaved very strangely toward me. He said something to me while I was serving myself in the restaurant, which I didn’t like. I showed my discomfort, but he kept laughing at me anyway. My husband went to speak to him, and he didn’t even apologize. They really need to review their policy regarding harassment toward women. Another very irritating issue is that the hotel allows smoking in the pool restaurants. It’s extremely unpleasant to eat while many people are smoking around you. The music at the bars is horrible. They should play more Egyptian music cause the western playlist is awful anyway.

We had a relaxing vacation and really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Beach Resort. All the staff members are very friendly

Pros: Very friendly staff, spacious, clean room with great view, delicious food

Pros: 1- The hotel is clean 2- the stuff was very friendly and we had a very fast check in proccess 3- The food variety was fine and tart was delicious.

Cons: 1- a la carte restaurants food taste is not as expected and bot like the main restaurant. 2- some specific amenities are missing such as cotton ear buds - nail file but it's not something major. 3- the wifi is not free in rooms.

Pros: Everything was perfect the staff was very polite, helpful and professional Special thanks to Mrs Shereen she checked us in early as soon as we arrived and upgraded our room ,also she let us have a late check out We enjoyed our stay very much and we will definitely do it again

Nice resort with beautiful beach.

Pros: The resort was nice, clean and the beach as very nice The staff was very responsive ,polite and helpful. Some small shops nearby for quick buys.

Cons: There was no free internet available in rooms The quality of drinks were not good. The Lunch/dinner buffet was not rightly organized , the Names of the Dishes were all messed up, Non-veg soup with Veg labels , Puddings marked incorrect. Though The quality and quantity of the Spread was adequate.
