Pros: Everything is very nice, each stuff is very friendly and helpful, like Mr Ahamed, Mahmoud, Hanna and Asima, Asima helped me kept my phone when I left it on the reception counter, Mr Ahamed showed me the way to the beach and shopping mall, Hanna and Mahmoud would give me prompt responses whenever I need help! And the location is very good, in the downtown, and there a big supermarket and it’s very close to the beach, and the price is very affordable, perfect!

Central location with very kind staff

Pros: The kindest and friendliest staff, especially Mousa, who did everything to welcome me and make my stay comfortable. Location is very handy for everything.

Pros: Very comfortable hotel, close to everything you need: central streets, currency exchange, supermarket, nightlife, etc. The staff is truly friendly and ready to help you with anything you need; they're really good people. The restaurant and breakfast are excellent, and there's a wide variety of drinks available. Trips, excursions, and taxis as you need. \

Pros: This was the best hotel service I had in Hurghada. Hana at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with an excellent attitude. When we arrived, the hotel didn't have a restaurant, so she took us there. She was such a kind person, and we were very grateful to her for making our stay so enjoyable.

Pros: Egypt family ❤️ I arrived at the right place, at the right time, with the right people. I truly enjoy observing the language of life, which always brings exactly what I need. These were a beautiful 14 days for me. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the pleasant service and the legendary sentence: “Don’t worry about anything, just be happy.” That’s exactly how I felt throughout my stay. I would especially like to praise Mousa at the reception, who naturally gives the hotel a genuinely friendly atmosphere.
