Beautiful family stay in Luxor

Pros: Lovely place very charming and great service. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Dinner was very tasty ! I recommend the grilled chicken

If you’re in Luxor, this is the place to stay!

Pros: Opal Legacy is a wonderful boutique hotel in every regard. Opened just a month ago and set in a beautiful landscaped garden, the hotel itself has a brilliantly striking design. Indeed, as a very frequent global traveller I can honestly say I have never seen its equal. The staff, under the leadership of manager Abdou, made me feel most welcome with their tireless helpfulness and smiles. Nothing was too much trouble. I was also lucky to meet and chat with three of the four owners, and “Mr Halj”, a delightful gentleman, went out of his way to chat every day and even took me on a visit to his farm.

Amazing

Pros: This hotel was great, my family and I had a wonderful time. Adam, one of the founders, was incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with all the information we needed. The hotel is newly opened, with a beautiful garden, spacious rooms, and a lovely view of the Nile. Last but not least, the food was delicious!

Lovely Accommodation

Pros: One of the main reasons we opted for this accommodation was due to the poor reviews of the hotels directly located in downtown Luxor, relating to noise and lack of cleanliness. We wanted a break from the horns and chaos that comes with the streets in Egypt. The Opal is absolutely lovely and met our expectations when it came to the peace, quiet and cleanliness we were after. The rooms and grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing on our patio and on their rooftop. It was a short 10 minute ride from downtown, so we could easily grab a cheap taxi ride back and forth if needed. This place certainly made our three day stay in Luxor much more relaxing with a reprieve from the hustle culture.

Cons: The hotel staff assisted us with arranging transportation to and from downtown, since our wifi connection wasn't always consistent. Additionally, although the meals were good, the options for lunch and dinner were exactly the same, so we opted to leave the property for variety.

Pros: The location is lovely giving a fantastic panorama to the Nile and the green plantations. The food was excellent. The whole property was in fantastic condition from the bathroom to the garden. So much better to be a mile out of town than in the busy, noisy centre. We would stay again, no problem.

Cons: The staff almost a bit too attentive.

Pros: Personale gentilissimo e super accogliente, sempre pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. Location bellissima, fuori dal caos della città. Ci tornerei!

酒店整体都还不错，地理位置稍微有点偏

Pros: 酒店的装修很不错，很漂亮很新，卫生很好，有问题也能及时得到处理，员工也比较亲切。酒店有自己的玫瑰园，每天房间都会有新鲜的玫瑰花，气味很好。

Cons: 酒店的隔音稍差一点，第一晚外面的汽车和音乐偶尔能听到，第二晚就很安静，这取决于周边的情况。早餐的种类比较基础，选择可以再多一点。

Rust en luxe in Luxor

Pros: Het hotel is landelijk gelegen maar ook dichtbij de stad. Hierdoor straalt het een rust uit. Rondom het hotel geen geluid van verkeer. De kamers zijn nieuw en ruim en je beschikt over een klein terras waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het buffet uitgebreid en lekker. Het was een mooie plek om een weekend door te brengen met mijn man en mijn verjaardag in alle stilte en rust te vieren.

Cons: Eigenlijk was alles goed en prima. Het enig puntje van kritiek waren de diverse Bruiloften en trouwfoto sessies. Ja het is een prachtige locatie maar de hotelgasten komen voor hun rust en willen ook van de faciliteiten genieten. Er zou bijvoorbeeld een vaste dag voor ingedeeld kunnen worden en deze ook kenbaar te maken.

Nice hotel but staff need to be more helpful.

Pros: This is a new accommodation, clean, attractive and comfortable. It is also very quiet next to farms and just outside the city. The breakfast was fine and the at first we found the location a but isolated but with inexpensive taxis readily available this did not prove to be a problem and we enjoyed the peacefulness.

Cons: The staff sometimes acted unprofessionally. When we asked for a suite that gave us a small room which they changed but only after arguing that we got the room we had booked (which a check from Booking proved was not the case). When I asked a staff a question he replied in an irritated manner-\
