Pros: The hotel view is pretty cool, and food is amazing

An excellent place in Aswan

Pros: Room quality, view over Nile, swimming pool, excellent breakfast, staff

Cons: Nothing. Slightly uphill, but the view deserves it

Pros: It's pity that we only stayed here for one night and arrived at hotel really late. The staffs were kind and the the view to see Nile river makes us wanna come back again!

Beautiful hotel with pool, view and good breakfast

Pros: The hotel had a beautiful pool and view over Aswan and breakfast. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids enjoyed 1 night stay there. The hotel has a free pool table which I enjoyed playing with my teenage son

Pros: Kind and helpful staff members. Great value for money.

Cons: They packed my breakfast for my trip to Abu Simbel. I only hope the hotel will not use such a big plastic containers for the meager items they are. Too much waste - two plastic containers and a multi-use plastic shopping bag.

Pros: Location of the property provided incredible views of the Aswan backdrop especially Nile river! Very close to the major attractions especially if you wish to experience falluca trips! Very presentable property, clean and nicely decorated! Had an amazing view of the Nile from the room, Room was spacious, clean, presentable, neat and tidy! Nice property overall. Oh! Also very close and convenient if you want to visit the museum and also a beautiful incredible Coptic church! Haven’t seen anything like this! Be friendly, polite and kind hearted staff members! Of forget - lots of options at breakfast!

Cons: I don’t think I have anything negative to comment about the property! Probably the location being slightly elevated the uphill walk to the property from the falluca base, quite tiring - but you can always take a rickshaw !

Amazing staff, fantastic value for money

Pros: - Pretty much everything and most of all the staff who are so kind and extremely helpful and sweet😁 - the room was clean and the bed super comfy with a fantastic view of the Nile (tip: book a room with Nile view on a high floor). - the whole complex is pretty nice with fantastic views over Aswan - did I mention the incredible staff:)?

Cons: - The shower was a bit dated with low water pressure and tricky temperature settings - The breakfast buffet didn’t have a heap of choices if you’re lactose intolerant (or vegan) though I found that to be the case everywhere I went. - there’s construction noise right by the pool area which makes relaxing a bit more challenging

Pros: Great hotel. A short walk from the centre. Lovely outdoor seating. Very reasonable dinner prices. Beer too! Great breakfast.

Cons: Perhaps in need of update. Used dishes/ room service trays/fruit plates left outside rooms for hours... Poor Dalida singing the same song 24/7 in the elevator.

Very good staff and location

Pros: All the staff are extremely helpful, especially the guest relations manger Reham. Highly recommend to book tours through the hotel.
