Dream Moments Next to Neilos

Pros: This hotel was a pleasant surprise for us! Amazing location next to the Nile! Our room had an incredible view of the Nile. The hotel staff are polite and very helpful. Many thanks to the whole team (unfortunately we didn't catch all their names) and to Cristinee for her care and kindness. We hope to return in the future.

Pros: It’s lovely to be on a private island of peace and tranquility, but easily connected to the town by the frequent free boat shuttle. The staff and facilities were great. Very comfortable.

An unforgettable experience

Pros: I usually don’t write reviews but I must say that I was positively surprised by this hotel. At the beginning, I was considering booking at the Mövenpick. However, this hotel turned out to be a jewel: the hotel itself and the location are beautiful, staff is extremely polite and helpful. If I come back to Aswan, I will certainly book again here. Many thanks to Ms Christeen for her kindness, hospitality and availability. Wishing her all the best in life.

Beautiful location, attentive staff and service.

Pros: Its location and beautiful back drop of the Nile. Peaceful and beautiful with bird song in the morning . The chalet rooms are spacious and well equipped.

Cons: Internet where we were staying was not working well but we did get a good connection at times.

Pros: Located in an island is amazing for a hotel. Especially sun set view from our balcony was super. Going to the city center buy shuttle boat is a very good experience. You even don't need to organize a Nile tour. Good breakfast and attentive personnel. Ms Christine from guest relations was very helpful too.

Pros: Two swimming pools, a variety of food at dinner and breakfast, we ordered room service and it was quick and good value (3 meals and 3x Pepsi was only 1,000 egp) the views are incredible

Cons: The glass door to the bathroom, very loud when we accidentally slammed it on every use.
