Royal Nile Villa - Luxury Nile View Apartment 1

AMAZING STAY IN A LOVELY QUIET FRIENDLY LOCATION

Pros: Amazing nice quiet retreat with a host that goes above and beyond to help with anything, rest of the team are amazing as well as mustafa who always making sure we had everything. The peace and quiet of the villas was what me and my family needed. Free shuttle service to ferry available when required and anything else you may require. Thank you again to Nasser and his team.

Really lovely place to stay. We only had one night but would have enjoyed staying longer. Would definitely recommend it!

Pros: Everything. We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 young children (4years and a baby) we had the 2 bedroom top apartment. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, and a cot was provided for my baby without us even asking. With a beautiful view of the Nile river. Abdol manages the property and was in contact using WhatsApp. He was extremely helpful and friendly. As were all the staff. We arrived late but ordered food to our room. Very delicious Egyptian food. Finding the apartment was quite tricky. But our tour guide was in contact with Abdol who guided us here. It felt a bit like the back and beyond but it's worth it for the lovely views.

Cons: The WiFi connection wasn't very good. It didn't bother us too much as we had an E sim and only stayed one night. There was alot of noise at night time from outside. It tailed off around midnight so if your late to bed it won't bother you. It only bothered us slightly because we were in bed early. We had an apartment at the back of the property so you could request one closer to the river then I suspect you wouldn't get the noise

Amazing place & host

Pros: Abdol (the host) was there on arrival. Everything went perfect. He arranged an exceptional visit for us with guide Hassan. 500% recommended for future visitors. Meals served at the property are very qualitative !!

Just perfect

Pros: Best stay ever !! What can i say, i stayed 2 nights there with my family and we wished we could stayed longer. The host Abdol and all the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful ! The villa was big, very clean, very nice toilets, with AC and you have a beautiful view on the pool and Nile from the balcony. The swimming pool was clean, beautiful and perfect. You feel very safe inside the villa with guards on the entrance. They have a free shuffle bus who can get you near the streets with restaurants and shops. There are a restaurant inside the villa which is really really good. We ate the 2 days there, it was the best food we ate in Egypt and really good cocktails ! Big up to the young chef ! Abdol arranged a private car for us to visit the entire west side for a good price. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet so it was perfect for relaxing. So really don't hesitate to book this villa !! Thanks again for everything Abdol :)

Pros: When I was looking for a place in Luxor I didn't expect much. But Royal Nile Villas exceed my expectations, it's modern, beds were comfortable. But be careful with the power if it gets too many loads it would cut off. Staff were nice and helpful, the owner was very thoughtful. It's calm and the view was nice especially with sunlight.

Cons: Location is not the most convenient and you wouldn't want to talk a walk in the neighborhood. Sailing trip was not recommended as we didn't really go sailing

Pros: The owners are very good at making sure that all travellers are happy and comfortable, the owners make sure that travellers are safe, and if there are any problems in Luxor, the owners will try to help you out.

Pros: everything! the host is so kind and you can book great activities with him!! i recommend to everything these villas!🖤

Amazing in every way

Pros: The villas are so beautifully designed and the staff were so helpful. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday and they produced a beautiful cake with my daughter’s name on with only a couple of hour’s notice. Nothing was too much trouble - they organised fantastic trips for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay

Best option for Luxor.

Pros: I want to say thank you to Abdul nasır for everything. After Cairo and other places in Egypt, this villa was like a heaven, friendly, polite, everything on time, communication was very fast and helpful. We ordered breakfast, not best for my taste but best for luxor %100. We ordered another meals at restorants at luxor and we couldn't finish meals, at villa it was much better. I ordered a sisha, they show me which flavour I want to order. Overall %100 satisfying experience. They provided free ferry shuttle everytime we wanted to cross nile river. All beds and sheets, pillows was clean and smells good. Thank you and best wishes.

Excellent villa and great beds (extremely comfy)!! It was so peaceful and great view!

Pros: Host was there awaiting our arrival - keys were handed over immediately.
