Beautiful accommodation, outstanding host

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely exceptional and consistently went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The view of the Nile was absolutely stunning, the rooms were beautiful, spacious, and spotless, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. A special mention to the host, Abdul, who went above and beyond to make sure every part of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had booked the Apartment 1, and truly enjoyed every part of the experience. What made it even more special was the exceptional support we received from Abdul Nasser(the first brother 😋). From the moment we arrived until we checked out, he helped us through everything and made sure we were comfortable at all times. A special mention as well to all the boys working there - they were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Their teamwork and positive attitude created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience was stress-free and memorable. Pros: The location is really remoted which i love. You can get a lot of peace and quiet over there. The apartment looks amazing, the pool is just what you need, the breakfast is good and the diner tasted absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and ready to help at any time. Just make sure you have a lot of Egyptian pounds on deck for the nearby stores.

Pros: The place is very nice, with a fantastic view on the Nile and Luxor. The pool was really clean, and the staff has been absolutely amazing, so kind and really making the experience as good as possible. Everyone was taking care of us and this is very pleasant. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean. The location is very safe also.

Cons: Works to build another floor started very early in the morning and was quite noisy, but this is temporary. And the location is not really close from the city, but the host offered a free shuttle to go from the house to the dock to take the ferry, so that was good !

Cons: Bit far on west side but free transport for ferry provided by the hotel.

Perfect stay in Luxor

Pros: The place is beautiful, comfortable beds, AC works well, owner and the service people are very kind, food was delicious. 100% recommend this place.

Perfect staff, beautiful hotel, slightly off-grid

Pros: The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and will do everything to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. The view is wonderful, the room is very clean and Abdol will arrange all excursions for you if you ask for it.

Cons: You are fully reliant on taxis or staff to help you out. Walking to a supermarket or shops or restaurants on your own as two women is more challenging.

Great stay with minor issue

Pros: Great villa with a great pool and always available host. This is perfect for a dip after a super hot Egyptian day. Staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the property, the host is always available and there is a free shuttle to the ferry crossing. Would have been easily 10/10 hadn't it been for the issue below.

Cons: No AC in the main bedroom. What?? There is AC in the living room and second bedroom but not in the main bedroom. This is for the family 2 bedroom suite we stayed at. When Abdul was informed he said that the other two ACs will cover for this but they didn't. Main bedroom stayed quite hot. I would have rated this place 6/10 hadn't it been for the host who was very much always available and offered me refund if I wanted (where would I go last minute?). Other rooms in this same property would probably be 10/10 but they weren't 2 bedroom ones. Also there were too many staff coming and going all the time which didn't provide any privacy.
