Cozy and quiet atmosphere, with the hotel staff giving you all the attention

Pros: The property is very quiet and cozy.. after being in Cairo city centre and Aswan, was able to somehow close to the city in Luxor but out of the mess.. it’s the perfect place to relax and Abdol and his family supports you in getting to the city with the transfers… amazing place, i totally recommend it and if I’ll be back to Luxor, for sure I’ll go back to them.

Pros: Villa was in a quite residential area away from hustle and bustle of the east side. Villa had all the amenities required including a restaurant and pool.

Definitely recommend the accommodation to friends and family looking to visit Luxor

Pros: Spacious rooms and living space. Abdul was a super host and offered advice and was there to ensure we were always happy.

Cons: If the free transport to and from the port and the villa had been airconditioned it would be great.

Incredible stay with Nile view

Pros: Service, level of attention is out of this world, the staff is just incredible. We felt like at home We were welcome with a cold drink and even we arrived earlier than check in time they did everything to give us the room ASAP. Also the shuttle bus they have for free to the public ferry

Spacious and clean place in Luxor West Bank with good view of Nile

Pros: The place (bedrooms, washroom, open spaces) is clean and spacious. View of the Nile and city is good. The host and staff are supportive. They allowed us a very early check-in at 7:30 am. Food at the restaurant is also good. Complimentary shuttle facility is available to reach the west bank ferry station.

Cons: The approach to the property is through narrow lanes.

A most exceptional place to stay

Pros: This villa is a most spacious, modern and well fitted accomodation I have had the pleasure to stay at in the many visits to Egypt, by far, this has been the best. It is meticulously clean and very modern with private parking space if coming by car. The kitchen has everything needed with a large family sized fridge freezer. The pool and the pictures are exact yet it is more beautiful in reality with one’s own eyes. The views of the Nile and watching the sunset from the villa is just inspiring. Abdul is a gracious host and has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable and easy. From the helpful advice, to navigating us when we got lost…. He and his staff were always at hand. For those who want a bit of TV watching, he has even provided Netflix. Which is great for those who have young kids. All in all, this is definitely a place you would want to book again and again. Thank you Abdul, for your hospitality and accommodating our every need.

Get treated like royalty in Royal Nile villas!!

Pros: Stunning views from the property , amazing food , hosts and staff. We were treated like royalty at royal Nile villas . Absolutely wonderful people who take care of everything small or big you need . Cannot fault service or hospitality they show to guests . Would love to come back again !!

Cons: For first timers in Egypt definitely reaching the property might actually get you worried . It’s quite interiors reaching the property, but once you reach the property it’s a whole new world altogether . You won’t want to get out of the property to that’s how amazing it is !!

Pros: The place is amazing and the owner was very kinf with us. He mamage everything we need.

Pros: Incredible location, overlooking the Nile and Luxor on the other side. Luxurious, and even better than what the photos tell.

Royal Nile villa is a perfect option for Families, Groups and Couples

Pros: Such a great experience with a professional staff, Specially Mr.Abdulrahman the manager and owner, he was very helpful and trustable person. He arranged a car rent for us and helped us during our program and our visits program. I’m happy to see such place, service, and high-level appliances. for sure willing to repeat the visit again and I will be sure to recommend the villa to my friends. Room was spacious and clean, lovely bathroom, rooms facilities are new and first use. Location is excellent and beautiful view for Nile River and private pool.
