Great experience

Pros: The host was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and just as described. Breakfast was very good and varied. I highly recommend this place!

Pros: Wonderful view of the Nile and Delta. Comfortable furniture. Newly built, everything new, clean and comfortable. Very helpful and prompt host. Fresh healthy egyptian breakfast. The neighbourhood is typical egyptian (a bit dusty and loud at times) but does not affect travellers.

Pros: Spacious apt and location is fine. Although on West Bank , is walkable to ferry (30min) and there are safe places to walk and see authentic Egyptian life. Nile and balloon views from balcony and rooftop. Owner is great and very genial to everyone. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and very nice breakfast.

Pros: The personal very nice and helpful. The room was nice and quiet.

Cons: The WiFi inside the bedroom wasn't very good with signal. The distance from the hotel to the nile River is very far for walking. I personally like walking and it's about 60-80 min walk. But there are taxi and transport arrangements from the hotel.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious with a balcony and modern shower room. The bed was so comfortable and I enjoyed a lovely nights sleep. The host was very helpful and spoke good English and provided a very substantial breakfast. I didn't expect this level of accommodation for the price and was very pleasantly surprised. Restaurant with traditional food and shop 200m with all the basics I needed. Relatively easy bike ride to Valley of the Kings and sites to see on the way. Probably 15min by taxi

Cons: Nothing really you go with the flow of call to prayer and birdsong.

Exceptional stay and outstanding hospitality

Pros: Everything was perfect. Hossam made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. The hotel is amazing, and the room, along with the view overlooking the Nile River, was stunning. Breakfast was delicious, and the arrangements for transportation and tours were excellent as well.

Pros: Location close to Nile River , ferry, Kings Valley, Hashepshut Temple, Karnak and Luxor Temples in easy reach. New Building, Large rooms, clean beds, shower hot water always. Balkony facing Nile view.
