The Zen Wellness Resort

Pros: The spot is amazing, offering a beautiful view over the nile. The villa we stayed in was very spacious. The golf cart service was efficient and convenient to move from one place to another. (adding Boards with maps on the main Street would be useful). Unfortunately we did not see the wellness center and could not go to the farm house for lunch as we only stayed 1 day. With a better staff training, communication would be fluid with the guest and reduce frustration. The whatsapp service is very quick to reply: we were on our way to the airport and realised we forgot a device in one of the room. Ms Emel answered immediately to confirm: very helpful. The place has definetly a great potential.

Lovely staff and beautiful place

Pros: Wow! Members of the staff here are treating you like a member of the family! They always made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I was ok when I was out and about away from the hotel. Special thank you to Marina and Dina, they were the best and I will gladly come back to see them! The pools were a perfect way to relax after a day out exploring. The food was delicious! I definitely recommend this place if you want something calm to recharge your batteries away for the city centre.

Amazing

Pros: The hotel is new and all the facilities are clean. The staff are all amazing from the reception desk and porter with the golf cart to the house keeping and restaurant staff. Breakfast was really healthy and loved the fresh orange juice. Amazing garden walks and Nile view. Very peaceful compared to the old Aswan city Also, toiletries were refreshing in the room.

Cons: The AC grill position above bed and could be better positioned

Perfect in every aspect

Pros: The property is settled on the Nile river, 15 km in the north of Aswan, far from the noise of the city. There are available golf carts going around to your room and to the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. The room are spacious and comfortable. Food and shower products are carefully chosen to reflect the aim of this resort. Special mention to all the staff who were always present to help us and in particular to Dina who welcomed us and followed us since the start of our time in the resort.

Pros: The hotel is so especial, so relaxing, so cool, and big and luxury but in relaxing vibe. I have to say that the most important special think that this hotel have that make unique is the people the works there, special the reception Dina she is so nice, she always avaialable for suport and attend the guests needs, i feel so in home in this hotel. Everybody treat like princess

Pros: They managed to secure the entire building for our family with just a booking for one room. Not only were we granted an early check-in and late check-out free of charge, but all the staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Omnia and Dina at the front desk for their exceptional service. A shoutout to Marina at breakfast for her warm smiles and top-notch service. Well done team. The owner or management should know that they have truly made this hotel a 5-star establishment!

Cons: The cleanliness on the ground floor. They also keep the aircon running all day and night even the rrooms were not rented.

A perfect stressfree getaway resort

Pros: We enjoyed staying in the Zen for the second time. As always, the hotel staff made everything run super smooth. We'd like to thank Rawan for her kindness and hospitality and to Sami for keeping my food intolerances into account and making me look forward to breakfast every morning. The Zen is a beautiful resort that makes you forget about the outside world, it had everything we needed, a spa, gym, yoga classes and a very calm garden with a Nile view pool. We came back home super stress free and recharged. Don't hesitate to book, you won't be disappointed.
