Wonderful family run hotel that is fantastic and great value for money

Pros: The hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Watching the beautiful hot air balloons outside in the morning from the balcony is breathtaking . The rooms were spacious well equipped and spotlessly clean. The whole hotel throughout is well maintained, including the swimming pool and communal areas. The owner Khodary, and his family and staff were extremely professional, very hospitable and friendly. The well-being and safety of their guests is their highest priority and will go above and beyond to help and assist with anything you need. This is a safe and very secure place for a lone female traveller. The roof top restaurant is peaceful and an ideal place to relax and unwind. The food I requested was of a high standard and fresh. The hotel is amazing value for money and I would highly recommend as I will be returning very soon.

Cons: Nothing everything was great

Pros: The room is so big and spacious, very clean, equipped with cooking facilities and direct view to all the valleys. The owner of the hotel is very friendly, kind and helpful. Our honeymoon stay in this hotel is so peaceful and quiet. We really enjoy our stay there. Thank you :)

Cons: There are only 1 restaurant nearby where they only sell fried chicken. Unfortunately, my wife is not feeling well enough to eat it :( So I got to buy packets noodles from the grocery store and cook it for her :(

Pros: the place is very clean and beautiful .pool incredible ..personal very nice. is very close of the valley of the kings the owner help you with everything .also he can go with turist to help ...also transportation because here in egypt is complicated ...is better to ask him to pick you up...this place is safe .... also he can help with sites and tour

Beautiful view, amazing apartman, a really cool pool, it was simply perfect :)

Pros: This is one of the best accommodation in our life. The view from the room and also from the terrace is beautiful on the mountains of the Valley of the Kings. The apartman was really modern and new, our stay was really comfortable, the host was also really kind and gentle. There were several opportunities for fun activities such as boat trip on the Nile, balloon flight or simply to visit the many amazing archaeological sites. This place is really perfect for long stays as you can easily find programs for a whole week or even more.

I wish I found this place sooner 💖

Pros: The hospitality of Khodary, the owner is what gave the experience of feeling that you were apart of his family. Everything was clean and the rooms were more like apartments and were extremely spacious. From an energetic point of view, we loved all the energetic hot spots of energy on the roof, and that he continues to create more of a meditation space for people to relax.

Cons: There was not anything that I did not like, but if you're someone who's looking for an environment with a lot of noise, honking cars, loud music, etc., then this is not the place for you because it is extremely peaceful and quiet.

Pros: Excellent place of stay with the best view of the valley of the kings and the host Mr Tut was most helpful with communication and enabling a lot of our requirements

Pros: Geräumiges neues helles Appartement mit kleinem Balkon und Blick Richtung Tal der Könige abseits vom Smog in Luxor. Grosse Dachterrasse mit Lounge-Elementen.

Cons: Matratze für mich zu hart, aber Vermieter stellte postwendend weichere Unterlage zur Verfügung.

Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert

Pros: Schöne Aussicht, gut eingerichtet, sehr nettes personal. Lage sehr ruhig und echt nahe am valley of the kings. Inhaber vom Hotel super sympathisch, macht auch tourguides und konnte uns viel zeigen und erzählen
