Mixed feelings

Pros: The rooms and overall esthetics . Food at the dinning area was good

Cons: No cool drink or juice with dinner, only water. To go breakfast was terribly cheaply put together. Items purchased at the resort showed one price when paying but a different 10x higher price when I check my bank statement

Pros: Amazing food, location and property - cannot wait to go again !

Pros: All was great! Nice room, good location if you don't mind driving to town. Room service was excelent! Clean, comfortable and Salah made our days with nice surprises! Marvel was a great host to help and guide us!

Cons: Restaurant had very few options, both for breakfast and dinner. No other options to eat in or near the hotel as the second restaurant was closed.

Pros: I must say all equipment and hardware are the best we had in Egypt. Everything is clean and comfortable. The restaurant can provide elegance food.very delicious. The garden view is wonderful. But The management is disaster.

Cons: The management team seems not familiar with the process. It caused some issue. It need a strong team manager to run this otherwise all the efforts by other staffs will be wasted

Worth the money.

Pros: It’s a beautiful resort that offers a lot of services and the staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean.

Cons: It’s a bit far from Aswan, making you dependent on taxis. Also, some of the offered services (gym, restaurant) are a bit far from the resort as well, which requires a trip with a free shuttle. It’s great they provide this service, but I’d prefer to be able to go on my own without having to wait for shuttles.

We will be back!

Pros: Fabulous resort with super staff and facilities. A real place to relax and regenerate with special notice for the medical spa, yoga and aquarel painting lessons (for my wife).

Pros: I loved the view, the serenity of the place , the rooms and the structure of the facility with these beautiful scenic routes overlooking the nile which was perfect for biking and jogging. It was the best biking experience i have ever had. The staff were very friendly, always checking if we need any thing or if we have any comments and when we had , they recieved it very well and acted immediately to provide what we needed.

Cons: The only thing that will make the place perfect is to have a shuttle to go to the city which is 20 minutes away. It would make the stay and moving around much easier.

Pros: Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect — the room service, cleanliness, literally everything was amazing. Yahia the guy in the pool bar is very friendly, he made my stay even better

Pros: لقد أعجبني كثير استقبال الموظفين وعلى رأسهم الاستاذة أمل التي كانت جداً محفزة لنا لتمديد السكن ليوم وكذالك مركز السبا الذي كان رائع وخصوصاً المحترفة والمتخصصة الاستاذة نادين او ندا لم اتذكر اسمها فل تعذرني والشكر موصول اوسامه الذي كان جداً لطيف ومهذب في التعامل بالمطعم دمتم بود
