Very nice location

Pros: Hotel is very close to the river and other restaurants. A very nice neighbourhood and the personel are kind and helpful.

Cons: Same breakfast everyday and you can hear everything from outside.

Pros: This hotel is lokated in very ggod place near the public ferry. Karim the manager is very intelligent and kind. His team is perfect - they cooked and serve very tasty plant based breakfast specially for us. So I strongly recomend this hotel for vegans and vegetarians.

The West Banks the Place To Be.

Pros: Location, the pool, the proximity to the ferry, the staff, shops close by. Fantastic food served there. That pool is as good as it looks in the photo. You can do your washing as well.

Cons: Nothing.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros: I couldn't have full breakfast due to our time, Even after our time was over, they entertained us and served us a light breakfast. The location is perfect for moving everywhere.

Cons: The reception needs to be improved and made more beautiful. We didn't use the WiFi, but others said it was very slow, this needs to be addressed.

Lovely relaxed stay . Super value with spa and pool. Staff amazing.

Pros: The staff were lovely and helpful. I was ill and they brought me lemon and ginger teas more than once and also made sure I drank plenty. . I was allowed to hang my swimming costume out to dry on thier washing line. Breakfast had a view of the bike from the roof. The jaquzzi spa is super relaxing. I fell asleep with ease after using it., which I needed after along tiring day/flight and feeling unwell. Our beds were comfortable.The pool was lovely and cold.( which is nice when the weather is hot). There is a laundrette, a massage parlour ( no not that type) and lots of gift shops/restaurants in the area within half a minutes walk

Cons: People in area charge15 Egyptian pounds instead if10 pounds for water, be careful to offer just10 . Nothing else is wrong.
