Pros: Mahmoud Abualwafa and Mohamed Elshekh were outstanding hosts – extremely kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. They helped us with everything and were amazing with language support and translation. Special thanks to our taxi driver, Adam Ahmad (Hamza)👍, who was incredible. He showed us the city, helped us a lot, and made us feel safe and welcome at all times. Everything was perfect – highly recommended!😄

Cons: We believe that more attention should be given to the cleanliness of the toilets, as well as to improving the dining area, in order to make the overall experience even better.
