Cons: I missed a few more vegan options at breakfast but honestly won't complain as the food was always good (although most of the time it was a bit too cold for my taste but it could be typical from Egypt with the high temperatures there 😉) The WiFi could be better but again we were on vacation not on staycation and we still managed to use Internet to order a cab, book a trip, etc. So no big deal.

Pros: The service was good we got a lot of help from the guys there. A big thank you to Mahmoud. The location is also good. The beach was nice as well

Cons: It was a bit dirty and also the pool is very busy (a lot of kids), I also things were more organised (check-in and also the breakfast)

Pros: The location is superb.... Directly on the beach. The beach is sandy. Two big swimming pools. A restaurant on rooftop with a lovely charming view. The room was cleaned and tidy and included all the electric components needed for my stay. Mr Mahra was very helpful. He came to the airport to pick me up since I struggled to find Uber from the airport. He is very friendly and helpful. He checked on me every day to see if I needed anything. He made my stay enjoyable and wonderful. I give him five-star customers' services. Really appreciate all his help and support. Definitely, I will come back again.

Pros: Perfect on all aspects for a stay in a calm area, having access to the beach, and still be able to commute quickly to downtown and the nearby areas, the costumer service was so good that I ended up expending the stay, highly recommend

Pros: Great experience from before check-in until leaving, the team is very reactive and communication is clear, the location is great as it allows access to all the area if you want to not only visit center Hurgada, but also El Gouna. Room was very clean and comfortable, access to 2 pools and private beach, all in all, great quality for the pricing, and I ended up extending my stay.

Pros: Overall I really liked the place, everything was comfortable, beach was nice, restaurant next door was great.

Cons: Breakfast is a bit average and check-in was too complicated.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Service and Beautiful Views

Pros: The hotel was very beautiful. The room was well-equipped, and we had a lovely view of the sea and the swimming pool. There were also great animations in the evenings. We had our meals at the restaurant after the buffet food was not as good. The people here were very helpful. Ali was the best person here, always willing to assist. He even drove me to the ATM so I could exchange money, paid for the taxi, and didn’t want anything in return. He also organized a trip to Cairo for me.

Cons: The only downside was that when we first entered the room, the bed linens hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. However, as soon as we mentioned it, they immediately cleaned the room. Apart from that, there were no other negative points, and we had a wonderful vacation here.

Good

Pros: In fact everything was ok for a two-night stay, but nothing more. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Cons: The hotel is quite dislocated, breakfast very basic, some staff hardly speak any English, difficult to arrange anything. We had, for example, a really bad experience with their Taxi support as in the evening they called a taxi driver for us (one of their options) who didn't let us walk around the city on our own, the experience was annoying as we couldn't get rid of him. Also in the early morning when we urgently needed a taxi (as our arranged taxi did not arrive), they were just calling around and didn't allow us to organize ourselves once we noticed they were not efficient, which resulted in a very chaotic experience and almost a missed flight. So hint - do not organize taxi drives through the hotel reception.

Pros: Nice place. Very helpful and responsive hosts. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained at an affordable price. Easy access to the private beach and the pools. Recommended!
