Pros: Ghaly in Receptipn very helpfull. All was handeled well. Daria and the other hotel Administrator were very kind and positive.

Amazing Holiday 👌

Pros: Very kind and friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help. We felt well taken care of from the moment we checked in until our departure. The warm, family-like atmosphere made us feel at home. Special thanks to Ghaly at the reception, the animators Aladino and Tito, and the bartender Youssef Gad.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The entire experience was made special by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were always incredibly welcoming. We would like to extend a thank you to Mr GHALI at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with a smile and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from, and we always looked forward to mealtimes. It was also a pleasure to be surrounded by such friendly and approachable people throughout the hotel, whose warm smiles and positive attitude made our holiday even more memorable.\

Fabulous, wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros: Our trip was wonderful. We were contacted before leaving Austria by Mr Ghaly Sallama, who welcomed us. On arrival we were met by Mr Sallama and Mr Ahmed who upgraded us to poolside bungalows. The animation team were super fun and friendly, we really enjoyed chatting to them. The staff in the buffet were so attentive, thanks to both Ahmed’s there. Mohamed in the lobby bar area was also extremely attentive. The lifeguards were always smiling and friendly. The entire stay we had warm greetings and lovely conversations. (Thanks too to Omar for organising a great quad bike trip).

Cons: There was some construction but this was kept very minimal and did not disturb us at all.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the Riviera Aqua Park Resort! The room was spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. We were sleeping so well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Food was good with plenty of choices.

Family holidays in the red sea with a real taste of Egyptian warm welcoming.

Pros: Very nice hotel, clean, nice installations, in front of the sea, hot water swimming pool, nice restaurants, nice food, staff and entertainment team very polite and very cool

Pros: Friendly staff, great Animation Team, good price, tasty food. Sales people inside are not too pushy

Cons: Sometimes you had to deal with mosquitos. My first room smelt bad in the shower but they offered me a clean room after i mentioned it

Pros: Comfortable room. Modern bathroom. Good, hot shower. Nice sea view from our room. Very good aquapark for both kids and adults. Plenty of sunbeds and beach towels. Very good meals at the main restaurant. Very good free wifi.

Cons: It was very noisy at night until 11:30 pm. There was a party next to the hotel, and I couldn’t sleep until it ended. The beach is beautiful but there are no corals around. It is shallow and rocky but there is a pier where you can go swimming. Aquarpark has an unusual open/close time.

Pros: Excellent Reception team led by Mr. Ghali and excellent hospitality
