Pros: De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De bungalow was mooi, maar ik moest zelf eerst de bedbodem maken, de planken lagen op de grond.....

Cons: Het all inclusive eten was minder uitgebreid dan ik gewend was... Het galadiner op 31 december daarentegen was echt voortreffelijk! Inchecken ging niet vlot.

Nice stay in the Hotel!

Pros: Our stay was truly delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and helpful attitude. The suite exceeded our expectations — spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved spending time at the beach; it had such a calm and relaxing atmosphere with plenty of loungers to enjoy the sun. Everything was just perfect for a peaceful getaway, and we would absolutely love to return in the future!

Cons: small point for improvement would be the music volume around the pool area. In the mornings and during the evening shows, it was sometimes a bit too loud — great for families with kids, but a bit much for those who prefer a quieter, more relaxing vibe. Turning it down slightly would make the overall atmosphere perfect for everyone.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English very well, which made communication easy and pleasant. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and the food was delicious — especially on the oriental and seafood days. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons: no alcoholic beverages were included in the hotel’s all-inclusive package. They can be purchased separately, but it’s a shame — it would have been much nicer to enjoy a cold beer by the beach or after a good meal as part of the package.

En résumé, un séjour inoubliable malgré un petit détail, et une équipe au top !

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour formidable ! Le personnel était très serviable et a rendu notre voyage inoubliable. Les piscines sont grandes et toujours propres, et l’aquapark était très amusant. La nourriture était délicieuse, surtout le restaurant de fruits de mer qui était exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour des vacances réussies !

Cons: concerne la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée : elle n’était pas parfaitement propre et nous avons trouvé une tache sur une serviette. Cependant, le personnel a réagi immédiatement et a tout remplacé avec gentillesse et efficacité.

Pros: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, besonders die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant und Herr Mohamed, der Restaurantmanager. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar verlängert, weil uns das Hotel so gut gefallen hat. Der Strand, der Pool und der Aquapark waren großartig, und auch das Animationsteam war sehr nett und unterhaltsam. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons: Das Einzige, was etwas schade war, ist, dass im Hotel kein Alkohol angeboten wird. Mich hat das jedoch nicht sehr gestört, da ich Getränke von außerhalb gekauft und am Strand genossen habe. Die Bar außerhalb des Hotels war sehr schön – ich habe dort einen angenehmen Abend verbracht. Insgesamt finde ich, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut ist.

Pros: Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Hotel! Das Personal war immer freundlich, lächelnd und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Pools sind groß und sehr gepflegt – perfekt zum Entspannen oder für Spaß mit der Familie. Das Animationsteam war super lustig und hat jeden Tag gute Stimmung gemacht. Das Essen war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Insgesamt ein fantastischer Aufenthalt – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Pros: Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Personal für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders möchten wir dem Animationsteam danken, das sich liebevoll um die Kinder gekümmert und viele tolle Aktivitäten für sie organisiert hat – unsere Kleinen hatten jede Menge Spaß! Auch das Essen war einfach perfekt – vielfältig, frisch und sehr lecker. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen!
