Pros: We had an excellent time, and the hotel is simply spectacular from every point of view — the service, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were outstanding.

Pros: Staff on the whole were outstanding Architecture of hotel is stunning Beach beautifully kept and attentive beach staff House keeping ( Mohammed Saif) was fantastic, did a fantastic job daily and nothing was too much to ask Food was outstanding. Every restaurant was a delight including the main dining hall. Reception staff were beyond attentive. After a week of being there we approached the front desk for something asks the gentlemen knew our room number off the top of his head - he had remembered from check in.

Cons: There were a handful of male staff that were unprofessional with our daughters (age 13 and 18). I had to on one occasion make it explicitly clear to a pool attendant of their young age and to basically back off. This put us off letting them out of our sight. Service in the entrance lounge and terrace(I forget the name but as you enter the hotel) was shocking compared to the rest of the hotel. We got so fed up several times we just left and went to another place.

Pros: Everything. Such a beautiful hotel 😍 perfect location. The staff is also amazing and welcoming 🥰

The one and only choice to consider in Hurghada really!

Pros: New boho stylish, clean and looks absolutely beautiful. Stands out from everything else in Hurghada, makes the entire town. We used it for a few days before and after touring ancient Egypt for a few weeks, it’s just 10min from airport. Service is great, everyone really tries hard. Food is also good with a very large selection. Leaving hotel grounds to town will just ruin your day.

Cons: Doors and windows could be more soundproof. You’re waking up to other doors slamming and someone talking behind your door or window.

Pros: Brilliant hotel, amenities, activities and overall experience. The room was brilliant, directly facing the beach with beach access, food is amazing and lots of varieties, multiple restaurants to choose from and with different cuisines, lots of activities and ideas to spend the nights.

Cons: Nothing really, everything was up to expectations

Pros: I recently stayed at Serry Beach Hotel in Egypt for one week, and I had an amazing experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. Both the sea and the pool were fantastic, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I want to sincerely thank everyone working at the hotel, especially those who greeted us with smiles every day, the kitchen staff, the beach and pool team, and the housekeeping staff who kept our room spotless. A special thank you goes to Ahmad.S at the reception , he was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. We also want to give a big thank you to Sarah, who was so sweet and always checked in to make sure everything was okay and asked if we needed anything. I would absolutely love to come back to this hotel in the future!

Second stay as a family was great!

Pros: Second time staying at this property. Stayed in a Two-bedroom Chalet. Room was spacious and clean and located next to the kids pool which was perfect. Food was good with good options throughout the day, including buffet and other restaurants at the resort. In a great location with everything close by. Staff were friendly and helpful and helped with our transfer to Sharm el Sheikh and also gave us packed lunch boxes for our trip! Kids pool was great with staff available always!

Cons: Sokar Seafood restaurant could have more options on the menu, for children especially, otherwise food was good

Pros: This hotel is amazing! I have never seen anything like this, very helpful and kind staff, food is exceptional and always fresh, facilities are impeccable. There is always some form of entertainment to enjoy throughout your stay and even if these activities are not for you, there are several areas for unforgettable relaxation. It was without a doubt worth every penny! Me and my family will certainly be returning in the near future!
