Pros: My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The place is clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Special thanks to Esraa and Ekram at the reception—they were extremely polite and professional, assisting me with everything I needed. An excellent experience, and I will definitely stay here again

Cons: The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool, but there is a free beach nearby which is great.

Pros: I stayed here twice in on my trip, firstly in a simpler room to sleep after a late flight and then spontaneously for two more nights in a larger room a week later. I liked the breakfast, which had a nice range of vegetable dishes, and also the design of the hotel with the interior courtyard. However, the staff really made my two stays special. Helpful and polite, whether they were at reception, in the breakfast room or serving guests on the outside terrace. I would stay again!

Pros: The Beaches close to the hotel, the clubs and city center .the staff , at the reception at the restaurant very polite,friendly and smiling. The size of the rooms.

Cons: I think the hotel is doing some renovation. It could have been more clean. But I liked it anyway and I'll come back

Pros: The staff was very helpful, Ostral, Nagy and Ahmed. The cleaning staff, Amr. I got an upgrade with a balcony. Nice and comfy bed, quiet room. Breakfast was more than delicious. Free entrance to the beach
