Great for the price, would stay again
Pros: The location, the access to the beach, the staff not pressuring about tips, made breakfast box for us leaving at night, gave normal price for ordering the driver for us (using the app and being honest about the price). The rooms were amazing - shower great, beds great, AC, terrace with a sea view, friendly staff. We chose smoking rooms - and the terrace for smoking was amazing. Well because we had travelled around Egypt, we were used to being hassled and it was like breath of fresh air to not be pressured and just relax. Also very friendly but not pressuring - they gave us a contact person for tours.
Cons: For a short stay nothing to say really.

Best value for money in the town!
Pros: The hotel looks very new and modern. Size of the room and the height of the ceiling were very generous. The beds were very comfortable. The beach of the hotel is only for hotel guests which makes the beach experience super secure. They even provide free towels. The water pressure and temperature in the room were amazing which is not always available in hot climates. The location is good. The marina is about 4 km away where you can find good restaurants and tour facilities. It costs 1 or 2 Euros to get to Marina or to the center with Uber. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: We didn't like the breakfast at all. It's open buffet and they had both traditional warm food and the cold classic European stuff like cheese, sausage, ham etc. The Egyptian food, butter, honey and omelettes were the only \

Great stay in a small hotel just next to the beach wit a small restaurant and bar.
Pros: We extended our stay because it was simply nice. Hotel is nest to the beach with good breakfest, nice and friendly people and a nice beach (Shellgada beach). You can swim out just to the right of the Shellghada beach were you have a long protected bay were you can swim, protected from ships and boats. Clean watwr and seabed. We come again!

Pros: The hotel is clean and the staff is easy to get on with. The private beach and bar adds a lot to the place. Breakfast was OK, mainly traditional food was served. But don't expect it to be prepared served until 7.30, (although 7.00 is indicated).

Quite new and close to sea
Pros: Sparkling clean room, quite new, ocean view, no big resort, nice little hotel! We were allowed an early check in and got an upgrade because all other rooms were taken. Very friendly staff at the reception.
Cons: A lot of noise from machines at the wall of the neighbouring building, I guess air conditioning and so on.
