A truly lovely stay with brilliant staff and service

Pros: Had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. A big thank you to the reception staff for being so welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. My room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The food was brilliant too, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Pros: Une expérience inoubliable au centre-ville d'Hurghada. Le personnel est très accueillant. Tout ce dont on a besoin est à proximité. Côté buffet, c'était bon et varié.

Komfortowy pobyt i super widok

Pros: Przytulny hotel w centrum, pobyt był bardzo udany. Jedzenie było naprawdę smaczne i świeże. Dostałem pokój z widokiem na morze – widok był po prostu bajeczny! Na pewno tutaj wrócę przy następnej okazji.

Direkt am Meer, einfach klasse!

Pros: Sehr gutes Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Zum Meer ist es nur ein Katzensprung – einmal über die Straße und man ist am Strand. Mein Zimmer hatte Meerblick, was traumhaft war. Alles sauber und das Personal war wirklich klasse.

Top séjour sur Sherry Street !

Pros: Super hôtel ! Ma chambre était toute neuve, super propre et bien aménagée. L'emplacement est génial, en plein milieu de Sherry Street, l'ambiance du quartier est juste incroyable le soir. Et alors le resto... un régal ! On s'est vraiment régalés à chaque repas. Si vous voulez être au cœur de l'action, c'est là qu'il faut aller

Pros: L'hotel è a due passi dal centro e a 15min a piedi dalla matina, posizione meravigliosa. Lo staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Il cibo un po' ripetitivo ma buono e non speziato fortunatamente. La spa nell'hotel moooolto bella, staff preparato e super gentile la consiglio vivamente. I ragazzi delle escursioni non erano per nulla invadenti a differenza di altri posti dove sono stata. Le stanze riordinate tutti i giorni e con acqua fresca in frigo, il ragazzo delle pulizie sempre molto disponibile anche se non parlava inglese si faceva capire.

Cons: La chiusura della spiaggia alle 18 (poi ogni giorno anticipata sempre di più, l'ultimo giorno alle 17 volevano che lasciassimo il lettino). Siamo rimaste senz'acqua per un problema esterno che fortunatamente è stato risolto in qualche ora. Il Wi-Fi è solo nella hall ed è moooolto lento, nessuna connessione nelle camere. Piscina esclusivamente per bimbi perché poco profonda e parco acquatico pure, peccato!

Great stay

Pros: Had a really lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The beach is beautiful, the restaurant was excellent, and my room was clean and comfortable. A great spot to relax and enjoy some time away
