Magic Place Luxor

Pros: Really nice room and bathroom. The bed and pillows are tough, but we slept well. Breakfast is perfect and the hospitality of the whole family is incredible.

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay with option for local home cooked food.

Pros: Ahmed had a driver meet us at the airport and took us straight to the quiet location on the west bank where we could easily visit all of the local temples and tombs. The hostel has a homestay feel to it and Ahmed and his family can provide everything you need, including home cooked food and advice on attraction prices and locations. They also help provide you with a driver if you need for half a day or a full day. The room was clean, comfortable and the location is perfect for a chilled stay compared to the hustle and hassle of the east bank. Finally the price is a fraction of the cost paid elsewhere which left more money to spend on enjoying the trip. I have already recommended magic place to my family and friends and would do to anyone else as well. Thank you Ahmed and magic place staff.

Pros: The property is in a very calm and quite neighbourhood in west Luxor. The room was cosy, and the bathrooms were spotless. There is 24x7 availability of hot water. Ahmed, the host also picked me up and dropped me for no extra cost to and from the bus station while I was in Luxor. I was travelling solo and Ahmed rented his motorbike to me during the stay. I was able to go around Luxor with ease. By far this was a great experience for me. The location is very close to many attractions in west Luxor, hence it is easy to visit them from the homestay. Ahmed will also provide you with fresh locally made food on request. All in all, I highly recommend Magic Place and looking forward to saying once again.

Pros: Mooie propere en gekoelde kamers. De eigenaares Nora doet er alles aan om u te helpen. De jongere broer Ali wordt een uitstekende gids. Rustig gelegen. Winkels op loopafstand. Nora zorgt ook voor vervoer indien het nodig is en deze aan mooie prijzen. De moeder van Nora voorziet typische lokale zelf gemaakte gerechten indien het nodig is.

Nice place to stay

Pros: This is a good option if you'd like to stay at a quiet place on the West Bank. The family is very kind, and your tourist money will make a direct impact. You'll be close enough to walk to several tombs/monuments, a longish walk but doable. The rooms are comfortable, family will prepare any meals you like.

Cons: Wifi needs to be improved, but we can all survive without wifi for a couple of days.

Pros: La calidad-precio es buena, Ahmed te ofrece muchas actividades para elegir. Nos vino a recoger desde el bus (en carro de caballo) El desayuno estaba muy rico. También te ofrece llevarte en moto a los sitios turísticos, y el precio lo marcas tu, puedes dejarle la cantidad que consideres.

Pros: 주인 아저씨가 픽업을 와줘서 택시,배 다 돈 내줍니다. 눈탱이 당할 일이 없어서 좋아요. 저녁도 주시고 아침도 주십니다. 투어를 아저씨에게 예약하면 좀 더 저렴한 가격에 할 수 있습니다. 정말 친절하고 도와주시려고 애써주십니다. 다음날 버스타러 나갈 때도 아저씨께서 동행해주시고 버스가 출발할 때까지 기다려주십니다. 정말 친절합니다. 숙소도 어제 지은 것 처럼 아주 깔끔하고 모던합니다. 아저씨 와이프분께서 식사를 준비해주시는데 정말 맛있습니다. 또한 팁 강요도 없고 좋은 주인분입니다. The owner picks you up and pays for the taxi and boat. It's nice because I don't have to worry about getting caught. They give us dinner and breakfast. If you book the tour with him, you can get it at a cheaper price. They are really kind and try to help. When I went out to the bus the next day, he accompanied me and waited for the bus to leave. he is really kind. The accommodation is very clean and modern, as if it was built yesterday. The man's wife prepares a meal, and it's really delicious. Also, there is no pressure to tip and the owner is a good person.

Cons: 저녁에는 따뜻한 물이 나왔으나 아침에는 찬물이 나와서 제대로 씻지 못했습니다. 드라이기가 없어 챙겨오시면 좋을 것 같아요. 파리가 좀 많아요. 참고하세요. 그치만 그거 때문에 망설일 정도는 아니였습니다.

The best stay ever in our many years traveling the world.

Pros: Ahmed, his wife and the entire family made us feel at home, and treated us as family, they allowed us to experience the local Egyptian culture, we stayed for 6 days and enjoyed every minute, the entire family was very attentive to our needs and helped us with any questions we had. Ahmed made us a private tour package at a excellent price with a very knowledgeable tour guide. Ahmed wife cooked amazing, delicious meals for us, we ate better at magic place than any 5 star restaurants in our visit to Egypt. The property was very clean, very comfortable, the hot water and pressure was outstanding, linen very clean, well located in a typical Egyptian neighborhood, very safe and near all archeological sites. Ahmed thank you for allow us to be part of your family, we arrived as guess and departed as Family, we will definitely come back and stay at Magic place. We highly recommend Magic Place to everyone.
