Pros: Quiet location on the west bank, great for exploring monuments and pharos' tombs. Chilled vibe, great food. Friendly, accommodating staff. Super clean!

Pros: This was our favourite hostel we stayed in in Egypt. The room was comfortable, private, and we had our own balcony. The roof terrace is beautiful and the view is stunning. Breakfast was also good. The staff were friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a bit tough for us, but maybe someone else will have a different experience.

Pros: Its a good value for money, since its clean and beds are nice, but it comes with a few surprises. Staff was trying their best.

Cons: Its tricky to find it, not on Google Maps atm, and another place with similar name exsists, so be carefull. Vibe is a bit strange as they push for booking tours, drivers etc the moment you step in the dining area.

Pros: Clean and quiet hotel close to the river ferry.The stuff is very kind and helpful.Also enjoyed the morning tea and breakfast.Another advantage is the easier access to the valley of the kings and the other historic tombs under the mountain situated on the west coast of Nile.Few minutes travel by a taxi .Even came back by walking on of the evenings to enjoy the evening and take a closer look into the adjacent village.Could recommend the place.

Would happily stay again.

Pros: The staff are genuinely helpful and fun. Amr and Kareem, and Mohammed at reception, went above and beyond to make everything easy. They helped me out more than once (from organizing a balloon flight to rescuing me when my old boots fell apart or when I forgot my glasses or wallet). I met three other solo female travellers here, which made the stay even better. The room and bathroom were very clean, with reliable hot water. There’s no heating in winter, but an extra blanket is available. Sunrise views of hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace are amazing. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and I also recommend the dinners by chef Ali, served at the Embrace Hotel. The location is convenient - about a 10-minute walk to the public ferry, with good local food spots, a juice stand, and bike rentals nearby.

Cons: Internet outage.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay with truly lovely people at this family-run business. Kareem, Omar and Muhammad were fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming and always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and very filling, hot water was available at all times, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent too, close to all conveniences and just a short journey from most historical sites. Most importantly, as a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I would happily recommend this place to others. I feel like I have made friends for life and will definitely stay here again.
