Great stay, wish we were there longer.

Pros: Staff were brilliant, really accommodating. Absolutely loved the food! Best food we've had in Egypt

Cons: Bathroom wasn't the greatest. Had an awful smell

Nice place to stay in the Nubian village for a reasonable price

Pros: Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast and coffee on the first day was very good. The Nubian village itself is a very nice place to spend a day or two. All in all a good stay and good value for money.

Cons: Very limited storage options. Both breakfast and coffee on the second morning was terrible. Staff was ok however they do not really care about your time schedule. We ordered breakfast in advance for a specific time but they failed to comply. Delivered with 20-30 minutes delay on both days without even an apology just dumb excuses.... Development in customer care is definitely needed.

Pros: Clean, very nice personell, they helped us finding a driver to the airport early in the morning. The location is in the middle of the village. The clean balcony with the view to the village and Nile and the colors of the interiors made the stay feel fantastic.

Cons: You need a taxi or a private boat to reach the village. The road till the village is unpaved but with a taxi is ok.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The hospitality was excellent, and all staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The house’s location is outstanding, offering a beautiful scenic view that adds to the overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this house

Amazing place

Pros: Perfect location, right in the middle of the Nubian village, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were as described. Overall, we were more than satisfied:)

It was great!

Pros: Great staff that was always available for any questions or to help. It was in a great location and very cute rooms.

Cons: We booked a room with a king sized bed but get two small beds, and it wasn’t so clean…we found some hair in a bathroom on places that showed us that the room wasn’t cleaned properly, but beds were very clean an comfty.

The BEST stay in Aswan

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay, located in the centre of the nubian village,so close to the ferry. Ahmed and Hazem were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean. Our children felt safe and enjoyed the stay

Pros: Very nice guest house. Well organised and very very kind. They could arrange the boat to cross the Nile in the very last minute and they also prepared the breakfast box for us

Great stay

Pros: We loved our stay at Lawanda. Right in the middle of the market, however very quiet and serene. The staff were super friendly as well! It was pretty easy to use ride sharing apps to get to Aswan city center
