Great hospitality from a wonderful family!

Pros: Everything! I only booked here because my friend did and I wanted to be close by. But honestly I was blown away by how helpful and friendly Karim and his family are. His mum made me delicious food and washed my clothes when I needed it. It’s super chilled and tucked away just up the hill from the busy part of the village so much more peaceful. It doesn’t take long to get down to the water, either by walking or Nubian taxi. It is their home, but on the top floor they have renovated it so so nicely, it is airy and clean. There is a kitchen with fridges and a breakfast bar. Beds are comfy, shower is warm, breakfast is big! I could keep going on about everything but honestly it’s just a home away from home. Really by staying there you are just helping the family out. It is not rigid hotel vibes. Things are relaxed there. So book a nice stay with Karim and his family. They will look after you!

Cons: I think there is WiFi but I couldn’t seem to connect. Could’ve been my crappy iPhone. It wasn’t a problem though as I had phone data anyway.

Pros: La gentillesse du personnel Malheureusement ma chambre était déjà louée quand je suis arrivée, donc j'en ai eu une clairement moins confortable Cependant Karim a fait en sorte que le séjour soir agréable et nous a invité moi et mon ami pour une journée à visiter les îles en bateau, puis à une fête nubienne, c'était super Petit déjeuner au top alors que je me levais à 6h du matin pour prendre mon avion
