Nile diana luxor

Wonderful host and excellent location.

Pros: The roof terrace is delightful. The location is wonderful: right near the Nile with a few restaurants nearby. Very easy to take a boat across to the East Bank. The West Bank is a much nicer place to stay than the East Bank: it's calmer and very close to all the West Bank tombs and temples. The best thing however was Hamdy's hospitality: he organised whatever we needed (a trusted driver, highly recommended, to take you to the various sights; balloon trip; tips for places to eat and how to get to the East Bank etc). He made our stay (with 2 kids and 2 elderly parents) stress-free and very smooth.

Cons: Nothing!

Great stay with friendly owner.

Pros: Really nice pool in the front area. Room was massive with plenty of space in the kitchen and bathroom. Owner and guy working were both soo nice genuine and didn’t even accept a tip when I was leaving. Would stay here again.

Cons: Air con didn’t work but it wasn’t hot in our room so was fine.

Pros: We had an amazing time in Luxor. The accommodation itself suited our needs perfectly. It is well located in a relaxed area, with great restaurants close by. But what really made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality of the staff - we were warmly welcomed from the first moment. Mrwan arranged all of our tours and went out of his way to help us out at every turn. We truly left Luxor considering him a friend and we can't wait to return some day!

View from the rooftop is amazing!

Pros: Friendly hosts and great location away from the chaos of the East bank.

Pros: In 40 years of travel I've rarely met anyone as genuine, open and helpful as Hamdy. From the initial booking, he was proactive offering assistance. And during our stay he and Marwan helped organise a magical balloon trip in peak season at a super price, a car to Aswan, local taxis, etc... all without fuss or hassle. He took time to get to know his guests and each evening we enjoyed a chat about life, the universe and all things travel in Egypt. The rooms are large and well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The rooftop was a highlight for morning breakfast or evening sunset gazing. I can't recommend Nile Diana Hotel enough! We arrived tourists and departed friends. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel with incredible hosts!

Pros: Absolute gem of a property on West side. The sunsets views of the Nile are amazing. Our hosts were the most amazing human beings we have ever come across. They were so helpful and caring when our children were sick, offering to get medicine. The property is beautiful. Thank you Marwan and Hamdy for all your help and incredible hospitality. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Super place!

Pros: This was our fourth stop in our month long stay in Egypt. We chose the west side and we made a great decision. First of all I want to say that the owner of the house, along with his assistant Marwan, were the absolute best! We were fortunate for them to have spent some of their personal time with us. Such nice people! Marwan booked our air balloon and our trip to the Valley of the Kings. We had a very spacious two bedroom apartment with two balconies. There is a beautiful roof top to use and a nice space around the pool. You can take the public ferry across to the east side. 25 EGP. If you go down the main street on the west side there are really great street food that is very in expensive and tasty. We really enjoyed our time here and definitely can recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

We had a very lovely stay. The people running the place are amazing.

Pros: Nile Diana Luxor is nicely maintained small hotel at the West Bank, with even nicer people running it. The manager and the owners outdid themselves to make our stay as exceptional as possible. They organized our Hotair Ballon ride, guided Tours to Karnak and Valley of the Kings, as well as a magnificent Felucca sunset sailing trip. They’ve also spend a very nice evening with us on the rooftop terrace where they invited us to fresh dates, shisha and egyptian sweets from a local bakery. Thanks again to the whole team. We would definitely come again and can highly recommend.

Pros: Nile Diana Luxor is a great place to stay. The location is top, right on the Nile, and the roof terrace is beautiful, especially with the lighting in the evening. Hamdy and Diana are wonderful people. We felt very welcomed. We can highly recommend this accommodation in Luxor.

Very very nice

Pros: Diana and Hamdi were excellent hosts. Very Nice place to stay and after a warm day to plunge in the pool.

Cons: Shame there was no breakfast possibility. But rest was amazing.
