Pros: I loved the host, who was available for us and very very friendly, his English is great and generally the Elephantine island is like miracle

Cons: It was adequate to the very convenient price

Pros: The place was amazing it’s very quiet place to stay and The view was beautiful you can see the botanical garden,The owner was very kind and He brings you from the ferry by his boat for free and help you get back by the same boat if you will visit Aswan you should stay at this place thanks

Pros: no breakfast available but we knew that. It is a simple but fine apartment. The bedroom with air-conditioner has two beds.

Cons: the wifi wasn't great. The water didn't run the first ten minutes, but after that it was fine. there is no window in the bedroom.

Not mosquito -proof

Pros: The owner was very helpful, providing information and willing to make tour bookings for reasonable prices on request. He even booked my tour to Abu Simbel for 20% less than all the other passengers on my bus. The apartment has all the facilities you could ask for in a budget apartment, including a washing machine.

Cons: The shower has no walls so wets the whole bathroom floor so you run the risk of slipping on the wet floor on the way to and from the toilet. The gas stove is very sooty so soot needs to be cleaned off the bottom of the pot every time. It tends to give a fireball when you light it - best to throw the match at it so you don't risk burning your hand. An extension cable for the refrigerator so that the power cable runs along the floor instead of a few inches above it would be nice. There is a large hole in the mosquito netting so the mosquitos have easy access.

Pros: Le propriétaire était vraiment très hospitalier et très sympathique. Toujours là en cas de besoin ou d'aide. Il est par ailleurs de très bo conseil. Très agréable ! J'ai pu visiter la petite île et c'était magnifique ! Un repos pour l'âme 💫

exceptional host

Pros: The owner Abdul is very helpful. Definitely ask him for travel tips and deals. He even has a small motorboat for picking up/dropping off guests etc. The location is very quiet and hidden There's a working kitchen for simple cooking

Cons: The kitchen could be more clean & organized; the bedroom is kind of stuffed with two beds no window; the washer is functional but a bit broken. It could be difficult to find it the first time by yourself. It's about 5 minutes walk from the northern ferry point.
