Pros: The heated pool on terrace was perfect. Also great staff and very good breakfast 🙂

Pros: Amazing staff, very helpful and so kind. Went above and beyond to help us out I'm forever greatful. Will definitely be returning.

Good value for money

Pros: Staff was very polite The pool and jacuzzi upstairs is amazing with warm water Room was pretty good with an fridge and all basic things you would need Restaurants and markets close by Very good value for money

Cons: Our main bedroom was facing the road, so it was quite noisey

Pros: Everything my stay is not over as we extended i have travelled with family but unfortunately my mum had serious pain which was was down to her gall bladder so has had to be removed however the management and staff have been amazing making sure we are all OK everyone has been asking if her and even the management came to the hospital to check on her. Never did i expect this even tho I stayed before and loved it here I still wouldn't have expected this level of care. No way would I stay anywhere else now I have found my 2nd home hers in lillys apartments 😍 thankyou all so much for having us xxx

A truly relaxing stay with wonderfully kind and welcoming staff.

Pros: We especially loved the relaxed atmosphere and the unobtrusive, easygoing vibe. The young man working on the terrace was exceptionally kind and charming – a big thank to him! All the other staff members were equally warm and welcoming. Thank you for everything – we truly appreciated the experience.

Pros: A big thank you to Mahmoud Muaty who cleaned my room. He was always very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The semiautomatic washing machine in the bathroom was not very convenient.

Loved it

Pros: We stayed for 10 days and really liked the place, we plan to return in 2 months time as well. The place was clean and alot nicer inside than outside so dont let street pictures fool you. The apartments we basic but nice enough with all we needed. Clean and comfortable and equipped with basic cooking utensils and appliances but easily usable. Nice roof top pool area with heated pool, nice view over the sea. Staff really nice and friendly and very professional and efficient. They couldn't do enough to help and make you feel welcome and always a smile when you saw any of them. Close to a nice coffee shop with snacks, bank, shop for beer and supermarkets and the marina. Nice restaurant up the road, chez Paulo, well priced really tasty and serves drinks too. Location close to everything but not right on top of the craziness...its about 150 meters away from where it all starts so close enough to shop without being amounst it. Going back soon. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The area has some building works around it right now so abit run down outside but nothing to do with hotel which is nice inside. Can't think of anything else...maybe a few more utensils in the kitchen might have been nice 🤷‍♂️ we both really enjoyed ourselves so...

Convenient location and friendly staff

Pros: The hotel is close to its beach (approx. 10 minutes by foot) and the Go Bus terminal and the airport (approx. 10 minutes by taxi). The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No big issues. There are some minor opportunities for further improvement. For example, the toilet doors of all three apartments that we stayed in cannot be shut properly. There was a new table lamp by the bed side but it is not connected to the socket. The shower unit was not on when we checked in. So it was a surprise to get a not very warm shower.

Pros: Staff was really friendly the rooms were clean and had all the necessities

Pros: The location was good and easy to get to places to and from.
